Please do not use this company to move your belongings. We used them after meeting the owner and obtaining an estimate. Our move cost over $10K and included some packing. The men seemed to do a good job at packing up our belongings and were very nice. Unfortunately, what matters most is that your belongings and property aren’t damaged in the process. We had multiple things damaged including 2 tables, a couch, and a dresser. Our treadmill was dropped and broke one of our steps and a few doorways were banged up from furniture hitting them. This all happened to furniture that was less than 3 years old and a house that was brand me. We brought these things to the attention of the supervisor coordinating the move on the day of delivery. He was indifferent and said submit a claim. We took pictures and called the company. After following the process to submit a claim and waiting over 3 months, we just received a $100 check. The rationale is that all property that was damaged is made of manufactured wood and they don’t cover it because it doesn’t “withstand moving”. This includes the legs of a Italian leather couch that was very expensive so not sure what is considered to be real wood in the furniture business. Also, indicated in their letter was that this was disclosed in the moving documents. While we are still waiting to hear from their insurance company on the property damage, I wanted to share this experience so others can be aware. It’s so incredibly disappointing to work with organizations that could care less about taking care of your stuff and hide behind their disclosures versus their quality. We learned the hard way, hopefully this review saves someone else from the disappointment of using Keller Moving. Don’t let their “family owned, high quality” pitch fool you as it fooled us.

The crew from Jensen packed and moved us on two EXTREMELY hot and humid days. Our upstairs had no air conditioning! Jay, James, Colin and Lee worked efficiently and cheerfully under these challenging conditions. All our possessions arrived intact and undamaged. All boxes were labeled and placed in the appropriate area and furniture was maneuvered to my liking before they left. They also came in under the estimated number of boxes and hours, saving us money. The guys were all friendly and professional. Highly recommend!Services: Moving-related packing

We were incredibly pleased with the move yesterday to not only my in-laws apartment but to my house as well. The gentlemen were very nice, professional, on time, efficient and very reasonably priced. I can’t thank them enough! We weren’t aware of things that needed to be wrapped and packed i.e. artwork and glass shelves. They took care of it with no problem. I am ESPECIALLY THANKFUL to them for being able to fit an armoire into the apartment that we were sure wouldn’t fit! It is my father-in-laws favorite piece of furniture in their entire house. I don’t know how but THEY DID IT!!! We have used them before and we highly recommend them to everyone! We would definitely use them again!! Thanks again guys for a job well done!!

We were truly shocked with the way our 15 hour move day. Our 2 movers were very professional and kind. We originally had 3, but the 3rd person had some type of issue and walked off the job - no replacement was attempted. Not a good way to treat a repeat customer or employees.

Talk about predatory and unethical business practices...Jensen excelled in both! They provided an early estimate prior to packing and again after everything was packed so we could confirm the cost of the move. Loading the truck went just fine...kind, courteous and hard working staff made short work of loading the truck. On the day of delivery, i experienced sticker shock when told my cost would be DOUBLE the estimated price! Since they held all of my belongings "hostage" until paid, i had to scramble to get $3500 in secured funds upon delivery. So, bottom line...beware of Jensens bait-and-switch pricing policy. They will entice you with a low-ball price and then inflate the price to complete the move. The office staff is rude and ruthless - shame on them for taking advantage of families during the very vulnerable experience of moving from one home to another.

Jensen Movers has handled residential moving for our family for many years. Their personnel are courteous and detail-oriented professionals. The crew works efficiently and is respectful. Most recently, they handled moving from a large townhouse with 30 steps, on the most hot & humid day in June. With energy and commitment, they completed the job in less time than expected. True teamwork was evident. We recommend Jensen for any residential moving.

I will definitely recommend this jensen movers to anybody needing to move. They got here on time, packed the truck like nobody's business and in a matter of hours i was set up at my new home.

Ana how can you defend your practices? Everyone complains about your company and the comments are all the same!! This has absolutely nothing to do w Yelp. You can find the same EXACT complaints on Google, FB, BBB, and on and on. And yes I did deal with your company directly. Unfortunately. It was such a God awful experience that I still haven't forgotten 6 years later. I was checking that you were finally out of business but unfortunately you are still conning people out of their hard earned money. Please do the right thing and shut your doors already. Your company represents everything that's wrong and your dismissal of the FACTS show that you actively and purposely steal people's money. And btw why you hate Yelp is because the truth is being revealed and it matters. If everyone checked Yelp before contacting your lying company, you would have been out of business already. ---- just love Ana's counter to my review. Wow! Here's a crazy idea Ana ... stop cheating your customers and you won't have to worry about all of the bad reviews. Consistently you will see the majority of the reviews for Jensen saying exactly the same thing. They low ball the estimate and then jack up the price when they have your stuff locked up in the truck. Ana also mentions BBB as a better place to see how her company operates. Yes, please do that. You will see the same exact set of complaints from customers. DON'T JUST WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ... RUN! Absolutely terrible!! I would give it ZERO stars if that was possible.

Jensen's Movers were true professionals. They took great care of all my furniture and went the extra mile to help me set things up that I couldn't lift. They were on time and professional.

In response to Ana's reply to my review, I will add the following: 1. I'd be happy to share the email exchange between Jensen Movers and Storage to provide the facts vs. Ana's fiction. 2. You failed to mention that the police are being contacted about the TV your moving team took from our home during our move. 3. You also left out the email exchange that provided you with an itemized list of the items to be moved days prior to our move. Last, your company has 37 reviews on yelp and (you) maintain a consistent average of barely 2 stars. Using raw math that puts you at a grade of 40% on a non-Likert scale. Imagine if you rolled that into a more stringent NPS scale with promoters, detractors and passives... If I were you, I'd be focused on a massive internal review of your process, procedure and execution. Start top down first - because an organization is usually a reflection of its leadership. I'd also be sending out refunds vs. the cut and paste variations of the same rebuttal letter to all the clients who have provided you with horrible reviews. The public is not as naive as you may believe. Your scores are who you are. Focus on improving not pointing fingers.

We just used Jensen for the second time. We recently sold our town home in Perkasie and used them to move into a storage unit while we stay with my in laws. The movers were very pleasant and professional and took great care with our items. We specified which items we wanted at the front of our storage unit (just baby items just in case we ever conceive again) and they were very helpful in doing just that. We look forward to using them a third and final time for our move out of storage when we find our FOREVER home because moving is too stressful. We did not use their storage only because of a deal through a family member at the storage unit we used. Also, we used Jensen almost exactly 9 years ago to move from an apt into our town home. At the time we had another company come out and give an estimate and of course we went with the lower quote. Any moron would understand the word 'estimate' is just that, which is why we were not surprised our bill was high since we added the packing of a lot of our bigger items I did not disclose at the estimate. What I did find interesting though was two of the men who did our current move were on our move nine years ago and they were just as friendly and memorable! Shout out to Jonathan and James!

Estimate Given $1858 Actually Billed $3007 Credited: $451 Unexpected Fee Increases: $770 (was told it was because of inflation) Disclaimer: credited only after calling to complain about the $1200 dollar difference between estimate and actual bill. Would not have been given credit otherwise. Nothing was added to my move by me. The estimate contained all personal items in the home. Yet they (Jensen) discredits my review because of "incorrect information". I took responsibility for my initial post and revised it to include the credit they insisted I didn't highlight. Why wait for a customer to complain about a drastic increase? What if I was naive enough to accept the $1200 increase? Do you have a customer satisfaction policy? Is it in any of your policies to not reach out to customers regarding a large difference in their estimate vs actual price? Probably, seeing as you don't mind increasing your loyal customers monthly rate to compensate for lack of business. No, their assumptions on the explanation of facts are not acceptable. I have not contacted Jensen for my items being that I have no destination to deliver the items. I'm stuck with a increased storage fee and a four figure deliver fee when I am ready to have it delivered. There's no doubt they know I'm an actual account holder of theirs. When I called on Monday to speak to someone regarding my account. No one was available because they were in a meeting reviewing my account records. When I asked why they responded, "well because of the review I posted".
