“We've been using this Verizon franchise location for probably close to 10 plus years and have always had a positive experience. Our most recent was with a long-time rep, Victor, who is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and is able to multitasking with multiple customers, support his team and still make us feel like we are important at the same time. He knows the plans, offers from memory and how to work around any hurdles that may arise. He is also friendly and honest. He appears to be an awesome manager and sales representative, treats his team with respect, in my observation. Highly recomme d this location for your Verizon needs”

“The owners and employees are very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They treat you as family. Their brands, and installation are top shelf. I have used their services several times and have always been extremely satisfied. Most recently they needed to climb through the attic to run a new cable for a speaker to the new amplifier. “NetCarrier is an excellent partner to work with on all things voice and data services. We have used their voice services for 15+ years and have yet to be disappointed with any part. Knowledgeable account managers that respond personally to any request, no matter how small it is. On those rare occasions when we did have problems and called for support +90% of the time the person who answers the phone (and they always seems to answer) ends up resolving the issue. I don't think we've ever had a problem that lasted more than 24 hours.Highly recommend NetCarrier!”

“I'd rather go to the dentist then get a new phone because of how hard it is to set up, and yet Jacob made it so easy!
First, he explained that this process had been greatly enhanced in the three years since I bought my last phone. Who knew?! WOW was he right. (Verizon, that info should be widely shared with all customers...people like me wouldn't hesitate then!)
And I appreciated him offering to put on my screen protector and case. The little things matter. He took his time and answered all my questions.
I chose to wait in a very busy store and the person who checked me in explained I could set up an appt., but I waited. I explained I had a doctor's appt. and had to be out within 45 minutes and when it was my turn, I was.
Today I went back with a couple of questions and was the only customer in the store at 9:00 am.
Roxanne was able to answer my few quick questions, and explained that 611 would have the technical expertise I needed. She was right! (I called Verizon and they had to transfer me to the Samsung helpdesk...and even he had trouble finding the missing microphone. I would like credit for the update that will probably now go out to millions of phones!)
Bottom line. This is a very well managed store run by very competent employees!”
