Walked in the bins/outlet door and thought I must have gone to the wrong store. Actually went back outside to double check. The bins are gone. They opened up the wall and expanded the store into the right side of the building. Very bummed out. It was fine, but unexpected and disappointing.

Extremely disappointed the outlet center is no longer open and was replaced with more racks of overpriced garbage. Prices too high, not worth going anymore.

The older employee Velma is abhorrent and should be fired, never met someone so disrespectful to customers and coworkers alike.

Went to goodwill and I was interested seeing a new wares rack coming out from the back. I tried to follow this white skinny guy with an orange vest on and he saw me and continued walking away. I asked if I can take a peek as the goodwill near my area lets people go through it and he said “sorry goodwill policy, can’t let people see”. I said if I can at least see the shoes and he said after he puts them away. As I’m looking through the rack not even touching, he covers the rack with his body…Goodwill I get you want to sell stuff but could you at least be more welcoming to the customers? My mood was instantly ruined because of your policy. And another thing, why are basic long sleeve tops that are $7.99, $7.99??! Almost $10, come on you’re getting all these donations free.

So sad the outlet is closing. This was a small but great goodwill outlet. Workers were excellent. Customers so calm and nice. Sad to see it go. The goodwill main store itself, Is amazing. The workers are always filling selves. Wonderful goodwill. Still sad to see the outlet area close.

The outlet was a mess. Tables had more junk in them than. Things that would have been worth the travels. Shoes. Pair of panties that were used n dirty. This isn’t a place that would have anyone travel so far to see. Go next store to the regular good will next door .. that’s much nicer n clean

Only good thing is they have a bathroom and fitting rooms. Also super expensive for a thrift store. Found lots of items prices higher than what they sell for brand new. Prices are better at Liberty Thrift and even 2nd Ave. Some stuff even had holes. The selection for anything above a size large is atrocious. I only found one top I was interested in. For such a big store I was disappointed. Maybe I would check out the bins next time but would not return to the regular thrift side.

4/13/24 Good Will in my opinion is usually much higher priced than Liberty Thrift. I made out here on my impromptu shopping trip. I'm always in search of toys for my baby grand daughter and I scored big!! A Dyson play vacuum that has batteries that works! Parachute, magna doodle- new kite- Beatrix Potter Jack in the box- sooo cute!! Those are just a few awesome things I found here. The store had excellent children's toys and lots of interesting items. I was super pleased with the organization and cleanliness of the store it was a terrific and fruitful experience! Next to goodwill is the goodwill outlet. Never have I ever. . . Known this even existed?! The price is per pound. 1.89. Found a great pair of exotic shoes but they were too small for my big clodhoppers. Oh well. The area is bins of stuff you can paw through- be ready to dedicate a lot of time if u are interested. I prefer the more organized store. I would RUN back!

Love the outlet. It's not overcrowded or aggressive. There are always cool new treasures when I stop by. The goodwill store is always organized, well stocked and smells good. They have great brands and a wide selection to suit all styles and ages. Between the outlet and the store it's my favorite goodwill combo to visit.

This place is very great. They have the best stuff for cheap. And they are very community obligated.

As far as thrift stores go when you walk in this one, there is a fragrance in the air, which is a complete pleasure compared to the many thrift stores where it just smells like dust, dirt, & mold. The store is very organized and seems to be clean. I enjoy shopping here very much. More often than not I leave the store with my hands full.

This review is only for "the bins" on the outlet side. I resell clothing as a hobby/side hustle, and I thought this bins had a good to great mix of pieces. It was my first time at an outlet store, and I found the clientele was not cutthroat as most resellers characterize people at these places. There may have been one hardcore group there waiting for the bins to turnover, but they weren't pushy people. There also wasn't anyone working there acting like a drill sergeant about the bins. It felt like we were all adults and knew to take turns at the bins and give the worker space. Everyone was very cordial and the staff person, Karen, was very helpful when we were ready to checkout. The value is great considering the inflation of Goodwill prices. I got about 7 items (one being a thick wool jacket) for around $12. It's a great alternative to shopping on the store side and paying more, but you do have to be willing to dig and maybe plan to stay awhile. We went on the best day. The weather was warm and sunny for December.I would definitely return. It felt like quite a journey from West Philly, but was worth the change of scenery in my thrifting jaunts.
