Here's what I appreciated most about my experience at the store: the salesperson (Doug) checked in with us to see what we were after, presented and explained the options, and left us alone to sit in them and discuss. He then came back later to ask if we had any questions. Didn't lurk. Didn't oversell. As we left without buying, because we wanted to explore other options, he gave us his card, a printout of the cost, and asked -- in a non-pressure way -- if there was anything he could do to convince us to buy now. We said we liked what we saw but wanted to see what else was out there since this was our first stop.My wife and I got home and looked online at a wide variety of products from other stories and sites, and we couldn't find anything we liked better. I went in the next day and Doug wasn't in yet. The woman (Caroline) working the floor saw me go straight to the same set and, other than saying hello, didn't chase me as I looked again at the set I liked. After a few minutes, she came over and I explained I'd worked with someone the day before. Caroline explained that she didn't try to sell me because she noticed I knew exactly where I was heading (toward the furniture set I liked). She called Doug -- turns out he was the manager, which I did not realize -- and he came right back (was on break). He put together a fair deal and we got it done.A good experience all around.
