After purchasing a sofa, asked about our old recliner's broken part. They ordered it for us. Wrong side twice. Took three month. Then the manager says they cannot get it. Which turned out to be not true. Chaotic service here. Go to different location.

My husband I are were shopping for family room furniture recently and stopped at Ethan Allen. Sheri Scott waited on us when we arrived -- Sheri was knowledgeable, informative, and so helpful. Our visit required a follow-up from her. She was prompt and creative in her follow-up. From our experience she was excellent.
