WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Went in to buy 4 plastic cups. just cups. Woman refused to sell them to me becaise they didnt have a upc on them, althought there were 30 of the same ones on the shelves. She then called me a liar, made a loud comment about me and drove me to tears. I was polite and nice while she was mean and horrible. Management didn't even know what to do. Management needs to step up. Guys dont shop here, they give you attitude and laugh about you right to your face. WORST PLACE EVER. People need to be nicer

Always always lines. Came in on Black Friday, one line open about 7 people deep. Cashier had an issue with a customers transaction. She called the manager over, middle aged man with an eye that doesn’t open. He fixed her problem and saw how long the line was but proceeded to walk away and go talk to an employee who was filling shelves. This location is a joke. Do better management.

BEWARE THE JUNKYARD DOGI live right behind 5Points, and have lived this dollar store since it opened. That was before Outback closed. But now this old guy there thinks he owns the store and the mall and is nasty as HELL to customers. I will be contacting corporate, bc this time he screamed so loud that the poor cashier girl and I jumped!

I have shopped at this Dollar Tree several times and always had a good experience, but after the encounter I had today with an employee who claimed to be the manager, I will never take my business here again. She was extremely unprofessional and went out of her way to make me feel like an inconvenience for simply asking for balloons. The cashier who checked us out told me he couldn’t blow up balloons (I was asking for star ones) and told me I could take two star ones that were already blown up, but then he found those star ones were attached to something else and couldn’t be removed. This other woman/manager reluctantly offered to blow up two stars but when I asked if I could purchase more because we initially were hoping to get 5 or 6, she flat out told me she was “going out of her way” to blow up the balloons and refused to blow up any more stating it was a busy Saturday afternoon and they were short-staffed. Mind you they now had 3 registers open and I waited for her to check out two people prior to helping me, so at this point she had no one in her line. I worked in customer service for 10 years and can absolutely appreciate being stressed and busy, but with not one person in her line, she had no excuse to treat a customer this way. It took her approximately 20 seconds to blow up two balloons, so I’m absolutely baffled that she told me she “doesn’t have time” to blow up any more. To make matters worse, my 3 young kids and niece were with me and were very excited to get balloons for our party, and instead I left with only two balloons and disappointed kids. This woman’s behavior was inexcusable and she has absolutely no business working in the customer service field.

Horrible customer service!!!!!! This was a unpleasant experience. My kids and I were trying to get baking products and we were told to leave for no reason. Will never be coming back again.

Solid dollar store with friendly customer service. Didn't have as many Christmas things as I wanted but had a good amount of selection for everything else. Remember it's a 1.25 these days and not a dollar! ;)

Nice location and well stocked, but they don't let you use the bathrooms! I've never heard of a large retailer not allowing customers use the restroom. The associate advised that I would need to use another stores bathroom which is weird as there are barely any other stores in this complex. Also, that's really impolite to just walk into another business just to use the bathroom. They stacked up a ton of baskets in front of the exit all the way to the ceiling to keep us out which is also not safe.
