“I was supposed to have my rental car booked from Wednesday to Monday. I ended up returning the vehicle Friday instead. It was only supposed to be $300 from wed-mon, but when I returned the car 3 days early, I was charged $250. I turned back and went into the office and the manager was extremely nice and helped me with fixing the price error.”

Again, this time with an urgent matter, which they had diagnosed, but missed an expensive [part], and had quoted me accordingly, [and] even though that part was roughly $700 more, NorthPenn VW HONORED THE ORIGINAL QUOTE (and gave me a great Tiguan rental) No, I do not ever question their rates/cost, and pay what they ask; however, again,they are truly interested in long-term relationships, not just a "quick sale"”
“I was incredibly blessed to have the agent, Shawn, at Colmar. I had a problem with the Kulpsville location that had closed and not notified me. I was stuck but within an hour, he was able to rent a vehicle from this location to me. He even granted me a free upgrade to help deal my negative experience at the closed location. The vehicle was clean and worked well. I will rent from this location in the future.”

“First time at this garage. I was desperately trying to find someone to check out my “low pressure” tire before a long road trip scheduled a few hours later. I went to a couple of other places but a tire understandably isn’t priority for most garages. PJ Auto repair/Sam took me in right away (granted I got there as soon as they opened), were extremely friendly, highly professional and fixed my tire (nail) in no time. I love too that they’re family owned because they take more pride in their business as a result. I highly recommend them for all your auto repair needs. I have a luxury car and wouldn’t think twice to bring it here again in the future.”

“I moved down south 3 years ago but I had to fly in for my favorite cousins funeral so my spirits were already not high. I’m from the east coast so I had already prepared myself for the “ east coast” treatment lol. Nolan gave me the complete opposite. I still felt like I was down south. He greeted me at the door with a smile and was very hospitable and professional throughout our entire transaction. I had problems with my card declining and he did not show any annoyance yet was even more courtesy and just overall a great guy. His parents raised him right and Enterprise you are so very lucky to have to him. I am almost 40 and this is the ABSOLUTE BEST Experience I’ve ever experienced at an Enterprise and his manager Sidney was also super helpful and courtesy to me when I called and asked a few questions! They have an exceptional team at this location! The other locations need to step it up! It’s not what you say but how you say it and sometimes people may forget your name but they’ll never forget how you made them feel! Thank you so much for your customer service!”

“I rented a vehicle on June 7 to go pick up my new truck. I was already frustrated with the world that day but then I rented at Enterprise in Norristown. It was pleasant fast and professional, which is something I have not been used to encountering these days. There was a small bit of damage on the vehicle I had reserved and the person I dealt with I wish I remember his name… Saw the potential customer service issue when I dropped off the vehicle and took care of me getting me into another rental immediately. That is my rental spot for now on. ! How are you? 10/10 Would recommend because of that guy if you’re tired of dealing with people that don’t like their job And don’t do things the right way.”

“Alexia was a tremendous help after I experienced less that stellar service at Enterprise Mt Airy AND Enterprise Elkins Park. I was involved in an accident and scheduled a rental thru my insurance. Mt Airy failed to call within 24 hours, so I called them only to learn that they were unable to meet the reservation.
I called Elkins Park and the man who answered was so rude. I had asked to transfer my reservation, and he said they had nothing available without even checking it seems, but his tone suggested that he doesn't like his job very much.
Next I called Glenside and Alexia was not only pleasant, but was very empathic when I explained my issues at the other 2 locations. She had me in a vehicle within 30 mins of placing the reservation. Very helpful. She needs to be a manager!”
