Offered me 16,000 for my trade which is a 2013 chrysler town and country with 20,000 miles. In good condition. This van was a AMS conversion and they painted the bumper without prepping causing it to blister and peel within 5 years. Otherwise the van was in excellent condition. I will buy my next van from another provider who hopefully won't try to lowball me like AMS did! This van was fully loaded with Darius ring hand controls which alone is worth 9,000 and a transfer seat with foldout ramp. They would have painted the bumper and sold this van for 35,000. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

This is the second van we purchased through AMS Vans. Our first one was 100% online 11 years ago and delivered to us in New Jersey from Georgia. Amazingly easy process and our van lasted 11 years with minimal issues. Now 11 years later we came back for a new van but went to one of their new local showrooms. Again very easy process with with amazing support from you sales associate Diane Avellini, she made everything seemless and exactly how we needed it to go. Thank you again for another amazing vehicle.

Stacy, Patrick and Rudy went above and beyond in customer service and I can't begin to thank them enough for their knowledge, patience, and help. I was overwhelmed with the new technology in the van. Stacy explained everything more than once because she wanted me to be comfortable with the new technology. Patrick built a custom foot rest for me. I would highly recommend this company and their personnel to anyone looking for a van to help someone with disabilities.

Allen, payton and david are the most wonderful people! Anyone that needs to purchase a mobility van should call or go by AMS vans. We have been searching for a mobility van for sometime. Allen went out of his way to help us. And finally we picked up our van yesterday. Thank you all so much!
