The technicians here are amazing. Had An issue with the alarm System. They scanned diagnosed and fixed it almost immediately. And they are very very reasonable.

My car broke down nearby and I managed to get it to 5 points. I described the issue to them and told them that they would need to drive the car around for 5+ minutes before they would see the engine issue. They called me back, told me the car should be good to go to make it the distance to my home and charged me $84.
After 3 minutes on the road the exact same problem came up again and my car shut down with the engine smoking.
I took it to another place and they're telling me that because I was driving it while this problem persisted the whole engine might be shot.
I described exactly what I thought needed to get looked at and that they needed to drive it for a bit and it seems like they blew me off. They definitely told me my car would make it home when it was no different than when I dropped it off. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this really sucked, my car might be shot because these people did not fix my car and did not communicate with me well.

SCAM SCAM SCAM, local PD is corrupt and is contracted with them and they take advantage of everyone. These are the people to fraud you out of your car. They would do anything to tow your car, rack up storage fees and apply for ownership of your vehicle since theirs money “owed” inflated bill. Which is a type of fraud for anyone reading.
Then they would either sell your car through their ironic all in one business. They tried to tell me only cash is the payment option when meanwhile they are holding my vehicle. Seems to me it’s a shady business that doesn’t operate properly and are scammers who want to take advantage of anyone they can.
What they are doing to operate is illegal and not within the laws and regulations.

One of our former employees didn't take care of his company car very well. Took it 5 Points to get it detailed. The car looks absolutely brand new now even though it had 80,000 miles of neglect. Great job guys!
