We purchased 2 different subs at this store and when we opened our sandwiches we found tons of lettuce and none of the other toppings we ordered. Grossly disappointed. Would like a refund.

Great place for grab n go . Food is interesting. I don't eat meat and accidentally ordered tacos which they couldn't make without meat. The lady at the counter was helpful and they gave refund. Couldn't catch her name but professional and courteous staff. Thumbs up .

Any other time I stop at a Sheetz it's top notch but that wasn't the case here. I stopped on my way home and ordered food for the drive. Simple order, 2 hot dogs with sauerkraut and ketchup for me, a chicken sandwich for my wife and a cup of fries to split. When I got on the road there was no sauerkraut on my hot dogs, one was Soddy and I couldn't eat it and there was no ketchup but they put mustard on it. My wife ordered a grilled chicken sandwich but it was a spicy chicken fillet. I checked to order receipt to make sure I didn't mess up and I didn't it was them. Never again. Not in that location. Use Snappys in Allenwood.

Most horrible sheetz experience of all time!
Ordered my 2 hot dogs at 417, was the third order in queue. Got my food at 436. Tables were sticky and the dust on the monitors where they make the coffee was horendes.

Dim your lights so people don't have to see lights while trying to watch a movie at the drive in! It's rude! Especially since the drive in was there before you!

Hoping today was just a bad day. Filled up the gas tank and grabbed a quick lunch for the family. It was clean. Gas prices were the highest on our trip, but they have the location. Good...forget it! Everybody is short staffed and I don't mind waiting. But 25 minutes for cold...and I mean COLD burgers and room temp fries. The older gentleman needs to do something other than just standing there! Kudos to the girl who was doing drinks and food, and to the manager who came over and jumped in. I would have taken it back , but it took so long that I didn't have time to wait another half an hour.

Just left here. Young guy at the food counter has the worse attitude because we asked if they have fried chicken. He said you need to order from the kiosk. We didn't find it on the menu. Come to find out the answer is no. They have tenders and some tiny little things they call wings but NO on the fried chicken. Usually I would suggest some customer service training. In this case he should find a new job
