Worst customer service there is. Unable to talk to a live agent and hung up when I asked for one. It isn’t enough that their prices are higher than any other cable company and they don’t want to help their customers. This is why I switched but my 92 year old dad doesn’t like change so he still has them. After this I will be switching him from Xfinity too. Not sure hi is they stay in business

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Spent multiple hours on the phone and on the live chat for over a week and I still have not received my refund. We moved and they can't service the new area, but yet I am being charged for a full month when we only had about a week of services....

My wife went there tonight due to connection issues. I got an email saying a line of service (her line) was requested to be canceled - We were trying to fix phone connection or upgrade device. She was there for over 2 hours came home and I said let me try to take out sim card and re insert. Opened it up and no sim card. She had tried esim when we 1st signed up with xfinity and there were times here and I both had 3 esims even though only 1 was downloaded. Called customer support to put in request to uncancel line and they said it could take up to 24 hours. What are we doing xfinity?????

Probably the worst store on rt 22. The manager was extremely rude and luaghed at me about my issues after he took my modem and left me and my autistic son with no wifi for a week to wait for a technician. He could have told me to take my modem back home and had a tech come out thus keeping my wifi service turned on until the tech arrived to upgrade the box. Also the man I spoke to before the manager was extremely unprofessional about every single aspect of life I can just tell these dudes hate their job. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would and I am seriously considering switching to another provider

Don’t do it it’s a monopoly they have terrible like the worst customer service no showed 3 appointments can’t get anyone to assist me. Been hung up on, disconnected, transferred to wrong department. I’m reaching out to the Attorney General for direction at this point

Comcast is completely incompetent. Ordered service at new home on 6/20. Never got the equipment after about ten calls in and promises to ship it next day. Go to this store to get the equipment. I get provided a new modem in a box that contained no cable wire! It's an hour drive for me. These people should just shut down. Guy was rude on top of it, most likely hating his existence working for Comcast and taking it out on customers.

Never in a million years will i vist the monroeville xfinity store or any for that matter. Piss poor service and they are not friendly or helpful to they're customers. Considering a new cable provider as well.

Phone number listed is ONLY the main Xfinity number, NOT the number to call this store!
This needs to be changed to the actual phone number to reach this store. Is important because it's impossible to actually get a human by calling the main Xfinity number!!
Also, Xfinity keeps raising prices and yet, many stations you have to pay subs riptide for!
Peacock use to be free but now you need to pay subscription to watch that also!
Xfinity is a rip-off!
After many years I'm ow looking for alternate TV cable!

I had a somewhat critical issue to address with Xfinity Mobile service and altogether 3 of the employees put their heads together to solve my issue. It was not an "everyday problem" and they advised me well. Kudos, thanks ... I appreciate your help tremendously!

I have an appt at the Montoeville store tomorrow. I’ll tell u if they are as useless as the store in Fox Chaprl I will really be mad. Fox Chapel the mgr waited on me. He’s clueless about iPhones but acts like he knows it all. I bought a used phone he didn’t want to take anytime to help me the right way and get my phone taken care of. He only wants thePeople that buy the newest phones no time for the other customers. Waste of time there. He can’t wait to put your name on his little laptop then he knows what problems your having so he can then weed the new customers out.

I’m terribly frustrated. My TV is going off and on and I’ve been trying to resolve it since this morning. I also need to remove my deceased husband’s name from the account & I can’t do a thing since I’m not primary on the account. I want to cancel everything when I can’t resolve issues online or on the app. Grrrrr
