Wost experience in my life. A large bad breath salesperson named Jack waited on me. I told him I was there to pick up the mobile phone and accessories that my daughter purchased as a gift for me. I showed him my photo ID and told him I was an account manager. He went to get my items and told me he wanted to see the credit card used to make the purchase. I did not have the credit card as it was purchased by my daughter. He then told me that he would not release the order to me. I told Jack that was unacceptable and I put him on the phone with my daughter. He was reluctant to help and got ride with my daughter. I told him that I was not happy and left the store. Jack called me on my mobile phone a few minutes later and told me that he canceled the order and then hung up. This is the second time in a year where I left that store without a purchase.

Todd Yakosh totally took care of me last Tues when my iPhone 7 battery went downhill quickly. He found a great promotion for me on an iPhone 14 and his associate helped me activate it and do the data transfer from my 7. It took over an hour but was worth it bc my old phone needed a software update before data could be transferred-I might not have figured that out on my own if I had gone home and tried to take care of this-

Their customer service was not always the best. I later found out that they would manipulate internet performance so you would have to keep purchasing faster internet speed

This company is the worst ever! They charged me 4 years... 4 YEARS )when I only just paid my bill on time) unbeknownst to me, they charged me for a device I never received AND $10.99 month for the service (that I didn't have a device to redirect the service) I just paid the bill. Every month. On time. When i discovered, they offered me 90 days credit! 4 YEARS they owed me! They are horrible people! They said they'd opened a fraud investigating on 2 occasions. THEY DID NOTHING! Beware! When they tell you you're first bill "might be a little high" what they mean is 3-4x what your agreeing to! I canceled my service. I will do anything the law allows to protect other consumers from this same RIP OFF! use ANY OTHER COMPANY!

With an appointment, service at this store is okay, otherwise expect long waits or not to be seen that day. The staff doesn't really seem to put much effort into solutions, which likely explains the stars. I wasn't the only person I heard told "unfortunately there is nothing we can do" or "we are handcuffed here", while that might be true (a bigger issue with the whole company) it would be good to see more energy put into solving as many problems as possible during an appointment given the long time many people wait. Additionally, both our service tech and the manager spent time watching parts of football games during our time in the store and while we were speaking to them, this was rude, to say the least. I'm still giving three stars, however, because I left with an idea for how to fix the current issue with my phone and contact info to someone they were confident could help me. Additionally, if nothing else, I've always found the service both friendly and (on non-game days) attentive.

Verizon Fios......terrible internet and now....WITHOUT NOTICE, they have dropped the Science Channel. Time to go back to Comcast.

Nicole was super helpful. Kaye's put everything I needed to get a new plan set up on my phone. Also was helpful with other information as well. Great customer service.

Brennan is the best!!! Per Verizon tech Brennan on Sunday April 11, 2021 in the afternoon: Remove SIM card from my broken iPhone 7 with an endless blinking Apple logo loop to another phone (my wife's) to obtain the MUCH needed verification code. Brennan was polite, very patient (I did not have an appointment), he allowed me to ask a quick question before I exited. He answered it succinctly. After 2 hours of online & on phone of Apple non-help Brennan was a shining light of hope.

DO NOT SHOP HERE Everything was going fine. I was buying my elderly mother a phone and the rep said he would be right back. A manager came out named MATTHEW FOUCH. He was the rudest manager I've ever dealt with. Basically, he wouldn't let my mother purchase a phone in store and asked us to do the purchase online because she wasn't buying accessories! It was going to effect their commission numbers! I said I was in a hurry and needed to do the transaction in store. He refused and asked me to leave! I've heard other horrible rumors about Fouch's background as well. Go somewhere else. Any other store. That guy is not a good person.

If you go to the Verizon and Chris (who's been there for 17 years) is your specialist, TURN AROUND. He doesn't want your business, he wants you to leave! the worst customer service "specialist" I've ever had.

Verizon's costumer service department sucks!! They are the worst On hold for 52 minutes before I hung up. Called later and someone called me back at 6:32 with the promises that a supervisor would call me back in a half hour to an hour later. 9 0'clock no call back still. I called back and was on hold again for 42 minutes. 9:48 and still waiting for a supervisor to come to the phone!! This all stems from them charging a fitbit to my TV account!! They have "fixed" the problem 3 times and every 2 months the charge shows back up with late fee charges. Too boot it was ship to Trenton New Jersey. I live in Pittsburgh!! Every representative has no idea how a fitbit was charged to a TV account. Neither do I buddy neither do I.... Then they say do you have a Verizon cell phone account? NO I have been with sprint for 20 years. This company is a joke when it comes to customer service
