Valley Honda is a great dealership, but I specifically want to highlight Jeff Katchen, their Floor Manager, in this review. I purchased a pre-owned Ridgeline from Jeff and the experience could not have been better from a customer perspective. I oftentimes find when purchasing a vehicle that I know more about the particular model than the salesperson just from doing a little research on my own beforehand. That was not the case at all with Jeff. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, but he took the time to explain every feature and what the vehicle would be like to live with. He even went back inside in the rain to grab a tape measure so I could make sure our car seat would fit in the back. The purchase process was smooth, reasonable, and very low pressure. A few months later, I had a small problem with the vehicle and gave Jeff a call to see if he could help. Jeff immediately got the proper parties involved to help with what was an atypical situation that my local dealer would not touch. A lot of sales professionals would never put that kind of selfless time in for a customer once the sale is made. I live about an hour away from the dealership, but because of this experience, when our family is in the market for a new vehicle, the first place I am going to look is Valley Honda. Thanks Jeff for all that you do for your customers!

This weekend, my husband and I stopped in to look at a Pilot Elite. After explaining that they did not have one on the lot any longer, Joe B, The salesman we had contact with, Let us know that we could talk numbers and then they could go searching at other dealers for a trade.
We have a 2013 Honda Pilot and have brought our vehicle to Valley Honda for all of our service over the past 10 years of owning it. We have never had any issues with service as they have always been great with us, so we thought that we would prefer to purchase a vehicle from Valley vs other Honda dealers in the area.
We came to them with a quote we had from another local dealership, which will remain unnamed, in hopes that they would negotiate with us. We also asked if they would look at our vehicle to determine a trade value.
Joe B told us that the quote we received was below invoice and that this particular dealership commonly gives promises for vehicle prices and then tries to price gouge you with other add-ons. He even went as far to tell us that Valley commonly gets business instead of the other dealership because of their behavior. What he did not know is that we had another quote from a second dealership that was for the same vehicle we were asking Joe to find for us at an even lower price.
The sales manager kept a hold of our vehicle keys while we were working with the salesman, a very common sleazy technique that salesman use. When my husband asked for the keys, we got the impression that they weren’t planning on giving them back to us anytime soon, so he got up and walked into the office to request the keys himself. The sales manager proceeded to throw our keys at my husband, which I witnessed from the sales desk, and simply told my husband to “have a good weekend.” They also gave us the lowest trade-in value any of the other dealerships we had spoken with which was severely under the KBB trade-in value.
At that point, we got up and walked out and will not be returning for any of any vehicle purchases in the future. Instead, we went with the alternative dealership and purchased the same vehicle under MSRP with additional add-ons included and no other strings attached.

I LOVE my new Hybrid Sport Touring Accord! Travis was absolutely GREAT to work with from the first contact and throughout. The showroom was clean and welcoming, and financing was fun and easy (never thought I would say that!) I thoroughly enjoyed buying this car at Valley Honda. If you are looking for a car - talk to Travis and look at Honda! I have high expectations and I am really impressed with him, this dealership, and this car!

We purchased a used Acura RDX from Valley Honda. Overall, I am happy with the vehicle itself, but disappointed with the dealership due to the following: We were told it would be thoroughly detailed but it was not done well. The carpeting was vacuumed, the windows were cleaned and it was sprayed off with a hose. I am not even sure it was run through a carwash. There was trash between the seats and sticky spots of who knows what in several locations and dirty areas that were obviously not seen or ignored. The rear windshield wiper is worn out (split) and although the unit was given a fresh state inspection, this item was missed and should have been replaced.

Kelsey is so friendly and down-to-earth! I really appreciated her honesty. I was anxious about the car buying process, as this is my first time purchasing a new car, but never once did I feel pressured into anything. The experience was anxiety-free and laid back. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a Honda!

Joe B was absolutely amazing to deal with. Im in a unique situation and he did everything to help me. In the end He told me a solution that was best for me at this time. Even though I didnt purchase a new vehicle today he took care of me! If you are looking for a new vehicle I highly Recommend Joe B. Next time I buy a vehicle I will be coming to him!!

Bought a car at Valley Honda 4 years ago and was very happy with deal on the car. Went back yesterday and was very dissatisified. Salesman Mike Black was very rude. He quoted me a lease price and a buy on a new 2021 CRV He would not disclose any info such as sale price.
I explained to him I was not going to pay full sticker price. He asked me what I wanted him to do so I told him. He got up from his desk patted me on the back and said see you later.Then he walked away from me and my son in-law. The service department at Valley Honda is excellent

Experience at Valley Honda was overall unimpressive, but our salesman Michael was AMAZING. He was kind, empathetic, and went above and beyond to help make our experience the best he could. Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of Michael's control, we did not end up buying a vehicle. The detailer in the back was unprofessional and sloppy with his work. Michael apologized multiple times for the experience and remained professional throughout the entire 2 hours we were at the dealership. We drove two hours to buy this vehicle and ended up leaving empty-handed due to the experience. I would recommend Michael as a salesman, but I would not recommend buying from Valley.
