I made a appointment online for my grandson to have his haircut for his class pictures. When I got to the salon the girl refused to cut his hair saying that she doesn’t cut kids hair under five. It was a Sunday and I had no way to make another appointment somewhere else and his pictures where taken the next day. They ruined his pictures and I can’t say what I want to say about this place. The stylist could have noted this exception on the website and I would have never made this appointment. Super ?Service: Haircut

I was a walk in and needed a few layers trimmed.. it was 2 and they said i would have to wait till 6. There was another lady standing there and she said she would do it,I get to her chair and she cuts it dry while telling me she had someone coming in soon like 5 min.So I look in her mirror and my hair is all choppy and lengty gone! I go to pay for this horrible hair cut and they say its 36$!! what you told me a different price when I walked in, She then tells me there is a extra fee for walkins and for MASTER STYLIST! She tells meshe is experienced. I wanted to cry. Im still trying to let this awful cut grow in. No time to do a good job but charge me like you did. Iwill never ever go back and I will tell everyone I know or dont know not to go there

The Stylists are great. The way they re-did the salon area is not good. I do not like looking in full-length mirrors while I get my hair done. Plus, the stations are way too small. I feel like a packed sardine when I'm getting my hair done. LOL

DO NOT GO HERE unless you're looking for a free cut after they butcher your hair! I can only assume they get so distracted taking walk-ins while you're in the middle of your scheduled appt that they forget what you originally asked for. They need to change their policy when it comes to taking multiple clients at once! Read to the end... I went the first time for a cut and color with foils. With the help of TWO stylists on a slow day, I did leave very happy. So I returned the second time with a scheduled appt with one of the same stylists for a SIMPLE root touch up, trim and I wanted bangs. After 3 hours; there were still greys everywhere because the stylist wasn't sure how to add the root color to highlighted hair. Then the stylist TRIED to cut bangs 3 TIMES because she wasn't listening to how short I wanted them & kept making them long- I had to go home & cut them MYSELF to get the length I wanted. AND even though I said "trim" the layers she changed them from blunt (which I loved) to blended which I personally hate. So the THIRD time I went I saw the other stylist from my first appt. I was relieved because she did the beautiful blunt layers the first time so I asked her to blunt the layers if she could but KEEP THE LENGTH and "fix up my bangs" (because remember, I had to cut them myself after the 2nd cut) and I wanted darker hair. My appt was at 5 PM. I didn't leave until around 8:30pm- (no foils.) She took AT LEAST 3 other walkins while doing my hair. She then COMPLETELY BUTCHERED the beautiful long hair I had - taking off INCHES (not a trim) - & my hair literally looks 6 INCHES shorter but she justified it as still long because she essentially gave me a long RAT TAIL. Instead of fixing up my bangs like I asked and keeping the side pieces that framed my face like I specified; she CUT OFF the side pieces and gave me a FULL BANG that starts about half way to the back of my head! I was furious because I KNOW she can give a good cut but she completely ruined it instead. I can only assume she messed it up because she was distracted, didn't listen to what I said and/or forgot what I wanted after taking so many other customers in between and not starting my cut until I had already been there 2.5 hours. I did get my money back for the cut and the manager offered to take off for the color, too, but I would literally pay 10 times that to have back what I had. It looked amazing the first time I went. It makes no sense that the ones who originally did it also completely ruined it within months. :( PS this dark color sat on my head for OVER AN HOUR. I have no idea if it will come out.

I really need a hair cut and color. I stopped by the salon in Monroeville and was scheduled with Shirley. I could not be happier. My hair looks awesome! Shirley was great. Very friendly and attentive. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Shirley. I'll be back.
