My Wife gave it a 5 star already but I also want to give it a 5 star I’m glad to call this place our home this apartment complex is like no other very nice Staff a friendly place to live looking forward to another great year here.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My husband and I have had a great experience here. Our apartment is nice, everyone here is nice, and everything gets fixed pretty quickly. The apartments are reasonably priced, I have seen apartments around the area that are not as nice for more than we are paying here. I don’t have anything bad to say, I am very happy being here ?

Air conditioner went out for over 2 weeks during a heat wave, following numerous supposed repairs that didn't go anywhere. We were given 2 portable AC units, and immediately asked to return the only one of the two that worked properly so they could use it in another room. Towers hot air now vents into our unit, and all but one room hover around 86°F. Buildings falling apart, and everyone we talk to acts like their hands are tied. New paint outside looks fine though. Place is limping, try anywhere else.

I wish I could give the maintenance guys 5 stars because they're wonderful! Neighbors are kind and pleasant. BUT the elevators frequently are broken, leaving ADA people SOL until they're repaired. Mail is often delivered to the wrong apartments. Then once we moved in we were informed the club and pool had been closed and we would not be able to have the membership promised when we signed the lease. Then they increased the rent anyway, despite again losing the benefits promised in the original lease. When our lease then ended this year it was "automatically renewed" despite signing no documentation and receiving no letter informing us this was the "new practice" despite receiving a letter stating it needed signed to be valid, us informing them we were leaving, and reserving the elevator to move out. When asked for the receipt of the certified mail that supposedly informed us they miraculously couldn't find it. The front office is a mess and most of the issue could be resolved through communication. The increasing rent and lack of any benefits sadly make it not worth the money to live here.

This place is a joke. I fled in April, with my two young children, from a domestic abuse situation. He stayed in the apartment. I came to the office management with my ACTIVE PFA and informed them I needed removed from the lease for me and my childrens safety. They refused. My name is still on a lease that is being subleased, illegally, and I haven't lived there since April. I will be taking legal action if they try to come after me for damages.

Checked the place out. Know several tenants. Recently changed hands, no longer Oxford. It's okay for the price if you enjoy a late 70's early 80's design.

First apartment, maintenance staff are beyond awesome and get things fixed within 48 hours of bringing an issue to their attention. I really don't have any complaints that aren't being extra nit-picky.
