This was our second purchase from Original Mattress Factory. It was one of the most pleasant purchase experiences I’ve encountered. Jay was so helpful in answering our questions and explained the mattress thoroughly and the best part was no high pressure. We had gone to a furniture store close by and the guy followed us around and it was hard to discuss what we wanted because every time we started discussing it we’d turn around and there was a salesman watching with everything as if he was using binoculars to watch us. I like to be comfortable when I shop with no pressure or “safari “ tactics.Second purchase and you can bet if I’m in the market for mattresses it’s going to be from The Original Mattress Factory.Thank you Jay for your assistance and allowing us to shop with no pressure it was appreciated.

Wonderful experience. Jay was super informative and and personable which created a laid back atmosphere. Made picking out a mattress a super comfortable and pleasant experience. Tried looking at a couple other places, Original Mattress Factory had the best options and the most pleasant salesman. Delivery was quick and the movers were super nice and informative. 10/10 would reccomend

We came here looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable mattress. Jay was more than happy to help us out with trying to figure out what would meet our needs. He was also more than happy to help rearrange things so that I, a wheelchair user, could easily navigate the store and try out any beds that I wanted to. We're very happy with our new mattress and would highly recommend this store!

They have great bedding, but I was disappointed that I couldn't afford to buy my son new bedding. He needs it so badly but prices went up $150 for a full size!

The guy who works there whose name I unfortunately didn't get was very nice and helpful. He was very attentive, informative and helpful, not pushy at all like most are. I really appreciate that very much. The mattresses are nice too and reasonably priced. I plan to return and buy one soon.

I was the only person in the store, which made it nice that I could try out the mattress. The employee who helped.me was very knowledgeable about the beds, and he suggested I get a firm bed due to my bad back. My back is getting better. The delivery people were awesome, too. They were very professional.

Return customer need a mattress after 7 years.1 star taken off because they tried to upsell me a orthopedic mattress with a movable frame. Really should have just told me what mattress I had so I can choose maybe a slightly better model.Still a relatively painless process was in and out in a half an hour with a new mattress coming next Thursday. Great experience!
