Last night's visit to Taco Bell was a delightful surprise! Despite a hiccup with the app where my order was initially placed incorrectly, the staff handled the situation with exceptional cheerfulness and efficiency. Going through the drive-through a second time could have been a hassle, but Linda, Amber, and Jessica turned it into a fun experience. They were joking and playful, making it clear they not only excel at their jobs but also genuinely enjoy engaging with customers. It’s service like this that truly enhances the dining experience, even from the car! Hats off to these wonderful team members for their outstanding work and for making our evening a little brighter.

I guess I got complacent with how good all other Pittsburgh area Taco Bell’s are at following order preferences.I ordered a No Cheese Crunchwrap, and it had cheese. I didn’t notice until a quarter of the way through. I can’t eat cheese and I got sick and it ruined my Saturday.They did make me a replacement so 5⭐️ on service. I think the manager did it? He was very professional and took it seriously, no questions asked when I showed them the cheese.But still — it sucks. My Saturday night plans are ruined. I order Taco Bell all the time around Pittsburgh and no other location has ever gotten this wrong. Costco, North Shore, Shaler, and Waterworks all do great and have made me complacent — I should have checked inside before eating, but I started trusting Taco Bell too much.Vegetarian options: It’s Taco Bell, the best fast food for vegetarians and vegans…usuallyDietary restrictions: Careful vegans and vegetarians: they don’t respect modifications

I go here all the time and it’s been fine, except for tonight when I walked in and one of the employees was talking about how they spit in someone’s food. So obviously im not gonna go back lol

As a new customer to taco bell, this location in particular has done nothing but get orders wrong. I order the veggie box which means NO MEAT OPTIONS. After taking a bite into a would be cheese Quesadilla to then munching on the blandest stringiest of chicken. Not even good mind you. I was disappointed. I gave them another chance. I even asked the person and told them my issues with allergies to meat. She apologized and assured me there was no chicken on this one. I get home, skeptical because the last one made me ill. And it had chicken again on it. When i called the workers gave me a hard time. The manager on duty gave a hard time as well. You lost a customer.Vegetarian options: Be warned with this location, especially during a chicken promotion. You might be biting into chicken like me.Dietary restrictions: They do not care about dietary restrictions. Choose a different location or eat elsewhere.

Honestly I wanted to give it the best chance I could but since moving to the new location I have yet to receive a correct order. 4 or 5 orders in, got 2 chalupa craving boxes got 1 chip for the "nachos" the chalupas themselves were hard as rocks and i ordered an additional grilled cheese steak burrito and the thing was half the size it should be and barely had anything in it. If it's not a messed up order its them charging me for other peoples orders twice. Idk what's going on with this location but this is not great. Probably wont be back if my order will never be correct. Didnt even get the sauce I asked for. The baja blast was tasty though.

Somehow wasted $50 on this. Ordered delivery off of the tacobell app and waited an hour for cold, smashed food that was made incorrectly and missing items. The driver wouldnt answer the phone and the app wouldn't work for me to submit a support request so I called the restaurant and they said I had to request a refund online but I've still got no response. Waste of $50 for food that got thrown away and a driver that didnt communicate or follow delivery instructions. I'II NEVER be ordering delivery through the app again.

If you intend on earning points towards your Taco bell rewards account, order ahead because this location doesn't provide a barcode at the bottom of the receipt to scan on the mobile app to earn points. I called customer service and was told unless they can print another receipt w/ the barcode, they can't manually add them for you. So you're basically SOL...

Came through the other day and got a beefy melt with no sour cream. As kid was handing me the order I overhear “I need to check orders better” my burrito was in-fact covered in sour cream. My sister was behind me and ordered a quesadilla that was placed right side up in the bag which made it a soupy mess when checked. Dont bother rushing- stop and check your order from here always

Went inside too order told they are not taking orders inside go to drive thru also told they are not taking orders. It's 5 pm on Friday how can you not take orders? Never again! Waste of my dinner hour from work.
