I absolutely love this place I'm here at least once every two weeks I work 5 minutes away so it's super convenient for me but even if I didn't work so close I would drive from new Kensington to here if I needed stuff just because everyone in here is so super cool and super friendly and that makes a huge difference to me. Customer service means a lot and they are all absolutely amazing in here they help you with whatever you need help you get what you need or if you're not sure what you need they help guide you to what you might be looking for

I bought a new vapor and took it back two days later because I hated it, the vape was very inconsistent, they took it back and I bought the same one I've been using for over a year and was always happy with customers service is fantastic

I bought batteries there 4 weeks ago and they're starting to go already the guy grabbed them from behind the counter and put them in cases everything else I got works and was perfect and the employees were awesome but I'm pretty sure they use the batteries that they sell so I don't recommend buying batteries from here I know I'm never buying another battery here ever again I should also mention I bought a brand new charger the exact same day and time as the batteries

It's decent but they don't get in too much new juice so their limited selection is a bit old after a while. There's a lady who is here almost every time I come in who doesn't seem particularly friendly and doesn't seem to know anything about the product but will just say "we sell a lot of it" about anything you ask about and I ended up with a bottle of really bad apple pie juice because of that. I can pass on this store for the foreseeable future.

My favorite vape supply store!Friendly staff... that have never tried to push anything... or sell you something you don't need/want.Great to talk to about different juices/devices. But it's not like they only talk about THEIR stock.If I'm interested in something they don't cary, they've directed me to places (online etc.) where I can find it.In my experiences, most shops either are trying to push things... like trying to get you to buy the next device up. To get the more expensive option, whether you need/want it or not.OR the places with a**holes who just seem arrogant and make you not want to ask questions. Like you're there bothering their smoke break.THIS PLACE IS NOT LIKE EITHER OF THESE.Ask any and as many questions you have and they'll answer them all without any arrogance or judgment.I've even called them to ask questions about items they don't carry... and they've honestly answered them all.Great page, even better Staff.Definitely check them out!

Okay so I bought a battery a month ago thinking this is a vape shop safe and nothing to worry about getting home open the box and it literally states not to put into a vape mod. Order new upgraded ohm life batteries or something other than your repops not worth the time.

would give a 0 if i could, wouldn’t recommend. got a vape here and died on the first puff!!!! i didn’t even get to my car, and the vape was blinking. went in to return it for a new vape, but he told me no returns! $20 down the drain, thanks a lot! absolutely amazing customer service! SMH

This place doesn't just middleman the products they sell, they have a wealth of knowledge of their products. Willing to assist you and guide you if needed. They really represent the value in being able to go in person to make a decision on a purchase as opposed to online.
