Check in was easy, but a surprised that the fridge in the room had a milk bottle left by the previous occupants.

Decent hotel, front desk staff are very friendly.. Room and bathroom are not clean, hair all around.. also some weird smell all across hotel especially in 4th floor.. probably hotel needs cleaning and upgrade..

The room was simple, clean and functional. What stood out was the service. All employees were polite and helpful but Lisa stood out. Personally helping me with several special requests with not only politeness but genuine enthusiasm and concern for my needs.
