Ask for Adeel! After a long day visiting multiple dealerships, I stopped in unannounced at Spitzer. I'd never purchased a Toyota, but was comparing highly rated mid-size SUVs at a specific price point. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Adeel who was professional, cheerful, easy to talk with, and very accommodating. I was only "browsing" while comparing features in top reliability brands in search of the "complete package" on a RAV 4. Adeel was very knowledgeable about the features, helped me lock in on the RAV4 Hybrid Limited, dispelled my concerns about SofTex versus leather and pointed out the fabulous warranties from Toyota and Spitzer. I took information home and came back a few days later to test drive. Adeel didn't pressure me and reassured me that I should do what is necessary to be comfortable with my purchase. While test driving, Adeel identified key safety and technology features that pushed the RAV 4 to the top of my list. Adeel made suggestions during my purchase and Ralph in finance made it happen smoothly. They were both very easy to work with and didn't push information or features that weren't important to me. I highly recommend visiting Toyota Spitzer and expect to have a great relationship for future car purchases

Failed inspection. They said I need rotors and brakes and a taillight assembly to pass $900 I took it to pep boys and had them put brake pads on it $100 with labor and they passed it. Lesson learned..don't ever take you vehicle to a dealership to get work done.

I purchased an VW Tiguan earlier this month, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Andy ( sales) and Kyle with finance were the absolute best. This was my first time visiting this location. Andy was very professional and friendly. He ensured me everything would work out returning my lease. Kyle was easy to talk to talk to and also very friendly when I called in a few weeks later. Highly recommend this dealership.

I have never felt treated better or had such faith in a dealership like I do with Spitzer Toyota in Monroeville PA. Every team member with whom I have ever dealt is courteous, kind and friendly. They rectify problems and have kept me in the loop every step of the way with every vehicle I have bought from them. If you are looking for a great experience in buying and servicing a Toyota, look at Spitzer. You won't be disappointed.

Wasn’t pleased with our experience with Wilson. We came in with the intentions of potentially buying two vehicles. We came in with intentions of a deposit down on a vehicle. He wouldn’t run numbers for us, and was nothing short of sarcastic.

After visiting multiple dealerships looking for a decent used Rav-4 for our son, we came to Spitzer. We called first as the dealership was an hour away from us. We ended up working with Wilson who I will say was professional, easy to talk with, and very accommodating. He set aside the 2 cars were were interested in. Wilson was very knowledgeable about each car and the features, history, etc. and was very easy to talk to while we were looking and test driving the cars. When one of the cars made a noise we weren't sure about, he acknowledged it and indicated it could be looked at. This was important to us as we had already experienced other dealerships trying to ignore issues we asked about. We had to leave and come back with my husband and Wilson kept the cars ready for us so that we could make a decision. We ultimately bought an awesome Rav-4. It was so well taken care of and we could tell that the dealership safety inspection and work they did on the car was legit because there was not one thing on this car that we could even find issue with. That made us feel confident about buying a 10-year old car for our son who needs it to be reliable for school and work. We were there until closing. Wilson and the team at Spitzer were very easy to work with and made us feel valued. We will definitely be back to this dealership for future car purchases!

I was not impressed with my experience here. I was interested in a '24 Corolla LE with the convenience package. They tried to tell me that this particular car was being requested by multiple dealers including one out of state, that I would not find another model like it in the area, and that I needed to act quickly to secure it. However, I knew that this was a lie because I test drove and ended up buying the exact same year, model, and color of Corolla from another dealership the same day. The out-the-door price they quoted me was nearly 4k over the price I ended up getting from the other Toyota dealership, again for the EXACT same car, convenience package and all.
I told them that the price tag was the reason I was hesitant to buy the car and the manager shaved off $500, trying to act like he was doing me a favor when I knew that the total price was still over the fair range. It felt disingenuous, like they were assuming I had not done my research and were trying to take advantage of me.
They offered me only $500 trade-in value for my car; this was the lowest of all five offers that I received for my trade-in. I ended up getting $3250 for it from the other dealer. I had a quote from Carvana for the same price and they tried to tell me that Carvana would take a look at my car and reduce the price. I knew that this was a lie because I have sold to Carvana before.
I didn't like the way that the sales person or the manager spoke to me. It felt forceful and dishonest, like they were trying to simulate urgency and wring me for as much money as they could rather than just being honest with me. When I expressed my concerns about the price to the salesperson, he brought over his manager, and the sales person stood behind him and nodded along with what he was saying as he spoke. It gave me a negative impression of the business and their practices.

Went to schedule my 2022 Toyota Corolla for 40000 mile maintenance and they are trying to sell a 560 dollar service with a bunch of stuff not recommended for vehicle not in manual. Take a long trip to different dealership and do the maintenance cost 90 dollars they are just over selling service that people don’t need.

Came to the Monroeville location with a car I had already looked up and was ready to buy- walked in and Colin said he could help us. He had no knowledge of the car I had found on the website. We drove it around and started the application. Long story short- my husband and I had to leave unexpectedly as we got a call from the hospital for my sick father in law, but planned on coming back as soon as two hours- gave him all of our information- and in the next hour he sold it to someone else, didn’t even bother to run my credit or even call me to get the deposit like he said he would to hold it. I understand the nature of the business- but now he definitely will not get mine.
