Poor customer service from the hooligan at the regester.
Forgot to click “Toasted” on my sandwich. Asked the cashier if they could toast it for me and it said that it would likely not get done.
2022 Edit: marking from two stars down to one. There is never been a time in the last three years that I’ve gone through this drive-through and been in and out in less than 20 minutes. Most of the time it’s a 30 to 40 minute wait it’s absolutely asinine..

This lady named Patience was pushing a cart and said excuse me to me and this other lady I was already out of her way...when the other lady moved Patience proceeded to push the cart toward me coming an inch away from my leg and had to pull the cart back to go into where she was going. When she gets behind the counter she starts bitching about how we are wrong for not moving although I wasn't even in the way. Just rude.. completely and utterly rude.

I have shopped at this Sheetz convenience store and gas station many times. It is conveniently located along a busy highway. It has an adequate number of parking spaces. I usually buy snacks and beverages, and I like their smoothies. This Sheetz also sells made-to-order foods such as salads, sandwiches, and burritos. The employees perform their jobs well.

I was a sheetz fan especially being that sheetz is a local Pennsylvania corporation but you guys are going down hill. I’m afraid you’re going the route of chipotle with your portion sizes. I often considered sheetz over chipotle because of how they were shrinking their product and overcharging. And let’s not even talk about Taco Bell. 4 years ago, your burritos were so nice and big that the beans and rice were literally spilling out of the wrapper, NOW they’re little tiny burritos that don’t fill you up anymore (more like tacos) with a couple green peppers and a little bit of nothing in it. I used to brag about sheetz to my out of town friends. We’re always missing sauce now with our orders. And we eat at sheets spending like hundreds of dollars per month. When we call to complain, customer service is rude. Also, the Sheetz house brand iced tea used to be a large and you guys have shrunk the size of your iced tea to a little tiny bottle. I understand inflation is hitting everyone but don’t think the customers don’t remember what a sheetz burrito looked like 4 years ago vs. now. The price of rice and beans have not gone up that much in price to warrant the shrinkflation tactics you’re using now on portion control with your customers. We pay for the convenience and value of your food but I can make a mean burrito at home for way cheaper, which I may start doing now because your food doesn’t even fill me up anymore for what I pay.

Me and my client come here a lot I wish I knew the one cashiers name she helped me out today and is a wonderful person I like coming to this sheetz then anywhere else !

This might be the best Sheetz location I’ve ever been to. The staff was friendly and efficient. The store and restroom was very clean. Shelves were well stocked.

Louis that works the cashier and drive through always makes my day! i often visit for lunch and i am always greeted with a smile and a have a nice day! Keep doing what you’re doing Louis!
