Only gross Sheetz I've ever been to. Feces on the walls, on a crumpled up piece of toilet paper on the dispenser. Dirty counters. Garbage laying around. Wild someone let it get like this.

Busy location, but not too bad to fill up gas from main road. They have a lot of pumps at this location- more than typical which helped. Was in and out with no issues here!

Don’t go here!!!! Unless you want to be harassed by Wilkins township police for looking tired. I work 11-7 overnight but got accused of being on drugs in public because I looked tired waiting for my food. I was harassed, bullied and berated and I will never spend me hard earned $14 on my feet for .i hours a night money at this location. Also, multiple times food orders have been wrong at off hours when there were very few food orders so there’s literally every reason possible to avoid this place.

Worst customer service over an hour away from home and was hungry for your food because when I’m pregnant I crave the food it’s the best there was bags over the kiosks and they were very rude then I walk up to the counter and the cashier went and took the bags off the man behind the counter in food service wouldn’t serve me i was furious!!

First time here. Ordered the platter, and they missed the rice/beans and the pico sauce. Kind of a skimpy platter otherwise, about a breakfast burrito worth of food. At least the inside was clean enough. I’ve been to better Sheetz tho, disappointing.

I frequent this Sheetz a lot because I usually get breakfast before going to work. The MTO food is so good. Service is reasonably quick and everyone working there is really nice. Yesterday morning I ordered 8 cinnapocketz and only received 4… I was going to let it go (for the second time), but decided I wanted Sheetz again this morning. When I went in I told an employee what happened and she got the manager for me. He was a really nice guy and asked if I wanted a refund. Honestly I just wanted the rest of the cinnapocketz I payed for lol. So he got those for me and luckily I didn’t have to repay for them. Overall a great Sheetz, just make sure to check that all your food is there BEFORE you leave. If you’re in a rush or forget to check, you can call the store as soon as you realize your order is wrong and they will take care of it.

Employees seem really uninspired and like they don’t want to be there. I’m assuming the supervisor, I believe his name was Joe, was in no rush to prepare orders. The store did not seem very busy but took 15 minutes to get my order. Only one employee there during my visit seemed like they were trying to work hard, unfortunately did not get her name but she was working drinks and fixing other’s mistakes.

Manager denied my fiancé when she was trying to buy alcohol, looked “too different” from old ID picture to SEE IT” also said “he just doesn’t SEE IT”. She’s 23 soabove drinking age BUT also looks the same as her old ID photo. As she is a gender non conforming person this wasn’t appreciated or needed let alone as a woman. She had facial hair in the old ID photo which was the only difference between the old one and the new one but any person with proper looking skills and maybe…a brain would be able to realize she’s the same person with or without facial hair. I find this beyond disappointing, as a human he should be doing so much better than to assume people’s personal lives.
