When purchasing shoes we asked if the particular brand we were looking at ever goes on sale and the store representative said no. They never go on sale..This was a misrepresentation. One week later they were on sale for $30 less than we paid. They don’t give refunds or honor the sale prices after the sale. Pretty poor practice! We won’t be back!

Needed new insoles and shoes. The ladies were so helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed. The prices are good, service is excellent. If they dont have your size they can order what you need. Family run local company support them! A satisfied pain free customer.

I have been going to Wagner's since I've been a kid, mostly to the store in Lawrenceville. It seems that I initially go to Wagner's and then shop at other stores and always end up back there. The service is great! The selection is good and if your size is not there they can get it to you in no time. Just purchase two pairs of Hoka shoes and love them!

I have visited the Monroeville store 3 times now and will keep going back. The staff is friendly, patient, and kind especially during these difficult times. The shoes and orthotics are definitely great quality! They have helped my sciatic problems tremendously. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Always wear SAS! If you have any problem with your feet that doesn't require a doctor, these shoes will fix it!
