  I have been using this bank for a long time.I have never had any problems. Everyone there is so helpful and patient. I had a problem accrue. Not with them at all .I was given a check from a company. The check did not deposit the first time.I told the company they gave another. I was so scared I was going to have the same thing happen and not get paid. Let me tell you all that these people care so much about you.The manager Lynn, Tina and Krystie my teller . All of them helped me until there was nothing else they could do. What service!!!!Yes the check went through with there help! Thank you all at S&T Bank.

  Staff is always friendly. Like most people I rarely enter a bank anymore but when I do I realize what I am missing using the ATM.

  I stopped at the Haymaker Village location on my way home to make the deposit for the company I work for (that has 5 offices that use S&T, I will be letting my practice manager know about this). I got there right as the lobby was closing so I decided to pull through to the drive through lanes. When I first pulled up I attempted to apologize for coming through the drive through lane with multiple deposits & the girl just shook her head at me in a “yes I hear you” fashion. I sat in my car and played on my phone while waiting. When three of the employees exited the building to (what I assume) go home for the evening they were walking about 4 feet from my car being completely unprofessional. As they walked by my car the one in the middle with dark shoulder length hair said “stupid b***h comes to the drive through with 10 deposits and then complains about waiting so long. D*** a** b***h”. Mind you, I said no words to them OR complained about “it taking so long”. I then let the ladies know that I heard them & I also let the woman who was helping me at the window know that what they said was uncalled for & unprofessional. The woman who helped me said she “would take care of it tomorrow”. I, however, do not believe it will be handled & they will just cover for the woman. So, with that being said, I would NEVER go to this location if you want to be treated professionally. I am so sorry that I asked the bank to take my deposits 30 minutes before close. I suppose they just do not want our business.
