The scheduling and check in procedures were really convenient, but it all fell downhill for me after that. The staff member seemed like she didn’t wanna be there, had AirPods on, and behaved like she was really rushing patients out. I had never gotten bruises after a blood draw before, but this was the first time. The bandage that easily fell off after less than an hour didn’t help.

I love the online scheduling. QR code sign in worked great. And medical professional was quick and easy. Results came quick

The technician who took my blood was excellent and very kind. I barely felt a thing and I didn't even bruise, which was a pleasant finding after bruising terribly after some recent hospital visits. The other individual who greeted me was wonderful as well. Will definitely continue to use this location.

The lady there was very rude and snippy like she was mad she had to be at work that day. Wasn’t a pleasant experience. Will be going to another location in the future.

Check in was fast and easy. The techs were amazing and friendly and really quick with a scared 3 year old. I appreciated all the possible pain points being removed so I could focus on my child.

The woman at the mosside Blvd location was not nice or professional and didn't listen to me or give me the time of day/like i was asking her to do more than her job. She stuck me pretty quickly and hard I can see the puncture place, it bleed for about 30mins, which is unusual for me because I usually bleed for under a minute and under to less than 5 drops of blood. The only compliment I have is how quickly I was in and out of there and the fact that she filled 4 vials. I will not be back to this location.

Apparently, I was supposed to receive a pamphlet to be able to log in to their website with a number on it. They did not provide my pamphlet so now I can't see my test results. I'm so sick of garbage customer service. It's everywhere now, this is just the latest example. Additionally, I get my blood tested every six months because I have diabetes. This was the most painful I've had, and it left a bruise I've had for over a week. The tech was rushed which likely contributed to the poor blood draw and forgetting to give me my information. If you can, go to a different quest.

I don't know her name but the Jamaican girl was very nice and talkative. I got helped right away. Total time in office probably less than 15 minutes.
