I was traveling on the turnpike and got a flat on my trailer. I took the tire to these guys and they got me fixed up within about 20 minutes. Very fast service and professional.

We were in Pittsburgh and got a screw in our drivers side rear tire. It was not holding air and it was later in the evening. We were heading back to NY the next day. One NTB had already turned us away (Liberty Ave) and referred us to the one in Monroeville. This was fortunate for us. The Manager Micah understood our problem and his mechanics stayed late to help us. We ended up getting four tires and the warranty. Wasn’t money we expected to spend but we were informed of a rebate and the work was done that night. A lot of places could learn a lot from Micah, Frank, and the rest of the crew at this NTB.

My parents were visiting from out of town and one of their tires got damaged by a screw later towards the evening time. The crew working stayed late to help them out. The manager Micah was incredibly helpful and personable, he was transparent about what options were better/worse, he initially offered to service them for free if the tire was repairable, and helped them find coupons and rebates to help them save money. The two service techs were also very friendly and knowledgeable.

I needed a specific tire which NTB didn't have in stock, however I needed a tire today ! So...

As a former franchisee of Midas, this store was horrifying in the customer service department. They are authorized dealers for Interstate Batteries based on their own website. Manager Micah refuses to warranty a dead battery, and when asking for number to call corporate office, refuses and says he can refuse service. Only when confronted with fact that I am an attorney, does he provide number. Called corporate and told them what this manager did and corporate rep was laughing saying the manager is insane for saying that. Avoid this place like the plague. Micah is bad news.
