This is the best shoe store. Mitch and all the sales associates are so kind and professional. They are really knowledgeable about their products and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I buy all of my shoes here

They were nice but this isn't a naturalizer store. They sell a lot brands. It's like it was a naturalizer licensed store at one point but is now just random shoes. Cheap prices tho. I mean, I saw a few naturalizer shoes. Not sure.

Horrible customer service. Website crashes at checkout and duplicated the transaction. Got charged twice and when I tried to return the second order that they made, not only they didn’t offer a refund (only store credit) but also charged me for shipping. Never ordering from them ever again. So disappointed

This shoe store is out of this world wonderful! My wife has problems with her feet and was picky about the shoes that she wears. These wonderful women actually do what shoe stores are supposed to do, make sure you get the shoes that you want and will be comfortable in. Her feet were measured (length and width) and told the sales woman an idea of what she was looking for. The lady disappeared into the back and came out with 12 boxes!!! My wife tried on each pair and found the ones she wanted, but the left one didn't fit quite right. So, the sales lady stretched part of the top of the shoe, and placed a "spacer" (for lack of the correct name for it) in the heel of the shoe. That fixed them! We were sold!More shoe stores should take a hint and go back to the way it should be done!!!

I have issues finding comfortable shoes. I have been wearing the same pair of winter shoes for 3 years because I couldn't find a pair that was comfortable. Naturalizer stayed upen late for me. Helped me try on a bunch of shoes and I bought 8 pairs! 6 for me and 2 for my daughter. I love my new shoes. The most comfortable I ever owned. The brand is BZees. Love them!! But the staff was 5 star!! Very helpful and went above and beyond!!
