Hours said it was open until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. Went out of our way to get there at 3:00 today and they were closed. Poor management.

Their website says they are open on Sundays from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. When I get there they are obviously not open and it's almost 11am. The sign on the door says they don't open until noon on Sundays. Wasted my time driving to this store just for the store to be closed.

I called Metro by T-MOBILE customer service the night before and was told to take my phone into a store to get it unlocked. My son and I went in and we told the employee behind the counter that customer service told me to come in. I told him what was wrong with my phone. He tried the same things that customer service had told me to try the day before. After my phone wouldn't unlock the employee told me that he couldn't unlock my phone. He told me that I could take it to a man a few doors down and for $30 he would unlock my phone. I couldn't believe my ears. I had my son call customer service on his phone. I explained what had happened and I told her that this was unacceptable. She put me on hold and called the manufacturer who told me if I had forgotten my password he couldn't help me. I had to re-explain that I hadn't locked my phone. My phone had locked itself and the only thing showing was a keyboard. He had me put in my password then he walked my son and I through the steps to unlock my phone. I had thought about buying a new phone but after the way I was treated I changed my mind. We told the employee how we got my phone unlocked so that he could help the next person this happens to instead of trying to make them pay $30 that he probably gets part of.

While I am not very familiar with Metro PCS and their service, I will say that their employee, Mohamed, is exemplary. While I've only been there a few times, he's helpful, courteous, accommodating, and most importantly was able to help me quickly.To Metro PCS management: employees like this are how you retain repeat customers, he should be training other employeess on how to improve customer experience.

Employee working was very nice and friendly however service is spotty at best. I live in the 15613 zip code and camp is in the 15759 zip code and we don’t get great service at either place.

I wish i didn't have to put no star they say they open at 10 BUT never opens at 10 this is about the 4th time me and my kids came here at the time it was suppose to be open for it not to be open.

The young gentleman, Aziz, I met at the store yesterday was so professional, kind, helpful and had such a sweet personality. He deserves a raise. Thank you for all your assistance and listening to my crazy stories. He personally gets 5 stars but I only gave 4 since I had to pay $40 to transfer to my new phone which was not purchased through Metro...a bit steep.

This phone company is awful. I have been calling this company for Months, my calls drop in kid conversation, or the person on the other line can't hear me. Endlessly I have called customer Service and the problem still exist after six months. I do understand it is not Customer Service fault they only work for the company. But after hours of communicating the problem I have to fight to get any kind of creditLet me rejnterate J have been dealing with this problem for 5 going on 6 months. LEAVING!!!

I’m here second time and it was closed both times. 1:25pm and it’s closed. No signs, no warnings, no hands ups. They operate when they want and how they want it. It’s a waist of my trip.

I receive the best service when i need repairs,adjustments and other knowledge pertaining to my cellphone.Including the best cell phone available for me.
