American Eagle has figured out how to convince my teenage daughter that we should be paying $60 for those jeans now. “I just received top notch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️customer service during my visit and I just had to give a special shout out to Mr. Will from the Macys fragrance department; AKA man of all trades. ?
I stopped in for cosmetics and he was one of very few employees working today. He is typically working in the fragrance section near (Kate Spade and Chanel).
When he was called to assist me, that was the best thing the other passing employee did for me.
He went to work and took his time to help me find a product I needed. He even provided some tips of the trade he learned along the way from his previous job experiences; helping me to make some selections backed by science that could potentially improve the outcomes I was seeking for the future.
If you are ever in Macys and you need help; quality customer service; smiles and patience, please make sure to stop over to see my buddy Will. Tell him Tonya sent ya!”

“Great place for European/fashion style clothing . Adorable baby and toddler styles. Store was clean and staff friendly. Not a big fan of the clothing quality, wish some thing we're not made so cheap. Great buy during sales and promotions compared to retail price. Store offers recycling used clothing for a 15% off coupon that can only be used in store on your next purchase.”

“Stopped in with my husband and we were immediately greeted by a worker. (This surprised us because this was not always the case in the past.)
There are a bunch of dressing rooms and there seems to be an endless surplus of anything you need for any event.

“Came here for scrubs, and had a fantastic experience. The employee who helped me, Larry, went well above and beyond and made it a genuinely lovely experience and I would come back to this specific store just because of the excellent service. I have difficulty finding my size and only specific scrubs fit me well, and he both helped me pick new ones to try and special order a type I was looking for with impressive patience and dedication. Despite IT difficulties he spent a lot of effort to ensure I got the correct service and was friendly and cheerful throughout it all. Best experience I've ever had scrub shopping and will definitely recommend! :)”
