Great service, great deal on a mattress, really happy customer

We started off at the Original Mattress Factory. The man over there said hi and that was pretty much it. We liked one of the mattresses over there but wanted to look around more. We then made our way to Mattress Firm and were greeted by Symone. She was great! She stayed with us the whole time and explained everything in detail while taming my two year old while we tried out the mattresses. She was sooo nice and we ended up not going back to TOMF and just picking a mattress here because the customer service blew the other place away. Thanks again Symone!

Symone was a great salesperson. She had a great attitude and was very helpful. Visited 2 stores today and Monroeville location was light years more helpful than the Pleasant Hills location. Thanks to Symone!

The sales representative was knowledgeable and patient. Did a body assessment utilizing a specific mattress with controls to determine your pressure points etc. This provided a specific profile just for my spouse and determined the best mattress for him.

Sleep expert Symone was incredible!! She was so welcoming, kind, and thorough!! She greeted us with a boisterous welcome and then did a detailed assessment to determine the most compatible mattress for both of us. When I shared that I am have shoulder and back pain, she showed sincere concern and let me try various beds- I ended up liking the first one she recommended the most - a plush hybrid Sealy posturepedic. I am so excited to sleep without pain! Thank you Symone and Ron for all your patience, time, and help in getting us the best bed at the best deals!

Our sales associate was very good and very knowledgeable. He could read us very well and knew we were serious and wanted resolve. He was friendly and accommodating with our 1 year toddler running around.

Symone at the monroeville store was fantastic! It is difficult for me to make decisions and Symone walked me thru the whole process and educated me which allowed me to make my decision based on me! Can’t wait to get my bed. No anxiety just excited!
