Nicole at this location is amazing! She goes above and beyond in assisting you, and making you feel like you are the top priority even if she has multiple things going on around her that need her attention. Labcorp is lucky to have her! Thank you Nicole for all that you do, it is very much appreciated!

Nicole helped me today with some odd testing and she was AMAZING! She was patient, kind, and willing to do aome paperwork that was probably a hassle for her! This lady is a Rockstar- working this lab by herself!

Unmarked from the exterior. Very easily missed and drove around looking for a sign before walking into the building.Staff was friendly. Place was not busy and seen immediately.

System says your checked in but after you sit in the waiting room for 3 hours with only 1 person working you can't even talk to anyone to discuss why you aren't actually checked in.

White lady with black hair who refused to give me her name was disgustingly rude and disrespectful! For someone who needs bloodwork for high risk pregnancy I did report her and this specific facility! She needs to lose her job!

I had to go for routine blood work, and the woman assisting me (I cannot remember her name) was incredibly helpful and made the entire process for me so much easier as I have a terrible fear of needles. She made me feel so much more comfortable, and really calmed my fears!

Nicole was very rude through my entire process. I needed a random urine sample and mouth swab. She immediately told me to go pee, I didn't have enough urine to fill to the blue line. (Which seemed like way more than I had ever had to produce in the past randoms). She dumped the sample and told me to come back or wait 3 hours. I tried to explain that I needed it done today and couldn't wait 3 hours, I offered to do the mouth swab and hopefully be able to produce more urine. However, Nicole didn't want to proceed. She handed me my paperwork and told me to get my employer to give me another paper to come back another time. I have never been treated this way at any lab facility and I've been giving randoms for work for the past 5 years.

Went first thing in am. Not sure of name of phelbotomist but she was awesome! Very cordial and polite and I never felt the stick of needle. Great experience considering.

Jan-who was one of 2 people working here-is the only reason for the 5 stars. The other lady who was not in Uniform-allowed a child in on a screening, completely ignored the order to take her friend back and went on to keep talking having a great time while we waited in order. Thankfully Jan got things together and efficiently took care of myself and other patients. She needs commended while the other lady needs the boot. I know she disobeyed at-least 2 policy’s and wasted a good 30 minutes of my time. We have worked with LabCorp for years and I can’t believe she walked that little kid back to the screening.

If I could leave a negative 1, I would. A worker assumed I was coming in for interferon, never saw me before and hadn’t looked at my script. When she saw the script and realized she was wrong, she told me I had too many attempts at a blood draw today, and for my own health, they can’t do it. I had another place attempt two sticks. Have you ever heard of anyone doing this? I’ll never go back. And I’m going to report them to the health plan I work for as well.

I needed to get a test done as ordered by a doctor. At first I was skeptical of labcorp in Monroeville after speaking with them on the phone. But when I went there, Nicole was especially helpful and she made all the difference in the experience. Can’t speak for the rest of the labcorp staff as I didn’t interact with others but Nicole exhibited standout customer service by helping make sure the right test was performed and I had all the info I needed on what to do.
