Joanne is the most down to earth, sweetest, helpful lady that assisted sizing me for compression stockings for an upcoming ablation procedures on both of my legs. I highly recommend you visit them for any of your mastectomy, wig, compression and other recovery care essentials. The experience is very private and they cater to you on a very personal one on one level. Please make sure to call and schedule an appointment as it is required to receive service. My sizes were not available, however, they're being shipped to me. It was a very pleasant experience. Thanks Joanne!

I have been going to K&J’s for several years and I was always treated with kindness and professionalism and the staff is great. I started out with Jenna and Lori and they were both wonderful and I do miss them. But now I have Lynn and Joanne who is great also and very kind and helpful for getting me what I need with my bra’s and breast forms.Blessings to the all the staff at K&J

Lynn was amazing! Opened her doors (before hours) to my elderly father and I due to a misunderstanding about appointment time. Was kind and courteous was very pleased with my experience.

I am very disappointed with this company. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. I was given their name in my resource material. I initially called and left several messages before I got a call back. I made an appointment for 10:00 am on March 10. I drove out to Monroeville, got there at 10:00 and the door was locked and there was a sign on the door saying they would be back at 11:00 am. I called 2 more times; got one return message and have heard NOTHING more. I was scheduled for surgery on March 18 so time was of the essence.They obviously are too busy or are totally lax on customer service with customers who are at a very vulnerable place.

Just stopped in today after years of putting off a prosthetic. I had the best experience with the staff & supply they introduced me to. They made me feel like i was better than new! My story, like every1, is unique. They not only made me comfortable but the compassion they showed me was & will forever b unforgetable! Can't thank u guys enough!
