Do not waste your time with this Branch they will not help you they will confuse you they will talk you around in circles they will contradict themselves but they will not help you I have wasted over an hour trying to get somebody to help me on the fact that I deposited a check the entire amount has moved under my history and while I understand that there is a hold for large checks that does not explain why my banking register under history says the full amount of the check and then under pending it says all but $500 of the amount is being held which means I should have 500$ in my available balance and instead of listening to me and explaining to me where my missing 500.00 is she wants to tell me what does your receipt say does your receipt say that we were going to make $500 available to you no it doesn't. Umm my receipt has nothing to do with this 2 days after you gave me said reciept I go under my account register it shows you are only holding a partial amount of the check! if you are holding the entire check then the hold should State the amount for the entire check it's really that simple! No one will help me and look into where my missing $500 is nobody wants to answer me on that I have wasted an hour of my time at work trying to get help on where my missing money is and instead all they want to do is tell me about the holds and the regulations and the receipt YET NONE of that explains the $500 discrepancy or where that missing $500 is because if you're holding the entire check then under pending where it says reg CC hold it should say the entire amount not 500 less i didn't swear i didn't yell i just asked for an answer and when i don't accept their non answer they hang up on me. She also contracted herself on how much time my check is being held for at the beginning she told me there was a 2 day hold for being new customer (I'm not) & 5 day for big check. Then she goes oh your not a new customer & it's showing a 2 day hold as of right now but it could take up to 5 days. Exact words. End of call after she was frustrated that i kept calling her out on her contradictions n non help she wants to tell me & this is an insurance check so it's gonna have an extended hold. Again which one is it! UGH ! ??

It's ok if you get the nice employees but the location of the bank itself is terrible.

This bank is terrible!!. Wife deposited a check, bank put it on hold, and will not release her funds and won’t even give her a time frame. Terrible customer service, and Made nasty comments in the comment section another employee told her STAY AWAY

They need to allow people to give 0 stars. They are rude impatient most of the time. We have been business customers for years. Every Monday at about 3:30 p.m. I go to Huntington Bank in Monroeville, I drive on the road for hours daily, so when I stop, I usually need to use the restroom. When I ask, they tell me the restroom is closed. So today at the same time as normal I go in the bank wait my turn as I am waiting a hear a man ask to use the restroom guess what? In a very sweet, polite manner, the teller says sure hey whatever the other tellers' name was. Can you show him the restroom. Man, was I frustrated that customer service is nonexistent at this branch.

I drove from Harrisburg in a good faithful attempt to cash a cheque that could only be drawn on this bank. Unfortunately, all of their locations are only in the Pittsburgh area which is a 2 and a half hour drive from Harrisburg!I would have made it, calling the lobby to let them know of my situation. Naturally, not being familiar with the area even with a gps, I missed my turn and got caught in a hailstorm putting me off track by ten minutes after lobby closure.By the time I got to the door, I knocked hard and even started banging just to get some attention. Three women came to the door in more fear than any compassion and would only talk through the glass, which I've really picked up on nothing they said as they let me stand there outside in the rain and the hail.I became more numb than anything to the dehumanization of society especially in American banking culture. I stood there before I backed away, and cried in my car until the rain stopped. I expected someone else to gently approach me and try to help, but it was after they closed the day, and nobody cared. I just pulled away quietly.This may have been at only one location, but this shouldn't happen to any customer on any level, white or black or of any ethnicity, at a bank.

This is the first bank I've ever had an account at that does not provide a bathroom facility for its customers. Awful! And its not because of Covid as my other bank (Chase) not only provides a bathroom but free coffee too. Guess Huntington doesn't think its customers are worth the cost of a bathroom. Oh, well. There are lots of other banks around.

Don't know what their on-site service is like but my mother had an account there, she passed away. I have provided all paperwork, and it's been one delay after other. I have received pay-outs, closed accounts, etc... handled final matters now for a total of seven different financial institutions. All were notified and received the first notification within days of each other. Huntington has been the slowest and least responsive and the only one still outstanding. They say the delays are because we are "out of state" and they are "careful." We have been out of state with all others too and this account is a tiny one, I'd walk away and just leave it for the hassle but it's the principle now. I am acting as Executor & POA for my 93 year old father, and quite frankly, I feel they are taking advantage. I'm about done. Left another message today, my next letters will be to the PA state Banking and Insurance commissioners.

Everyone who works here is fantastic. Sherry is the sweetest lady, just awesome needs a raise. But the bank itself it's very much worth it to have an account with them.

Wish i had something nice to say about how this bank treats its customers. Unwilling to help in almost every instance when I try to manage my account. Would give zero stars if i could. Will be closing my account as soon as they stop making me jump through hoops.
