“We were shopping for new furniture and stopped in Value City furniture in Monroeville. Alice was very helpful during our time in the store. She was super friendly throughout the whole process.”
“Our sales person (Cuck) was very informative really Knew all the features & beneits of the living room furniture we purchased. Explained Levin's financing options, delivery details, availabiltity of furniture. Most of all very patient with us & there was no "hard selling" preasure.”
“Craig was wonderful!! Jen too!! They showed us every option of bed and bedding. Craig answered every question patiently. We can't wait to have our new sleep number bed!! We are repeat customers.”
“Trish from the sewing department was an excellent resource. She helped me with every question I had. Trish has excellent customer relation skills and is a great asset to this store. The store itself is quite large and has an array of crafting and creating resources. I live near a smaller JoAnns but this location is definitely worth the drive if you're hoping to have a bit more variety in your shopping choices. The following is a suggestion from my husband who graciously endured my 2 1/2 hours of shopping. He noticed a lot of people either sitting inside and outside the store as well as many people looking at books. He said it would be really nice if there was a lounge area that could be enjoyed by all.Again, I had an excellent experience at this store.”
“Love love love this place. The style they carry is cozy and comforting. They have great end of season sales and it is super nice considering that this store is a bit on the expensive side.”

“Our salesman Isaiah was very professional and knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect dining room set for our needs. We hope to return in the near future and make another purchase along with asking for Isaiah. Thanks Isaiah and Bob’s furniture ?”
“It was a bit overwhelming to experience. Aisles are wide and easy to navigate, but the store floor is enormous. The display barges are fully stacked with most things one may imagine. Personally, it is difficult for my brain to process aisle after aisle of so many items as it likens to a real life 'where's waldo' world, However, everything is very nice. Definitely set some time aside to browse if you are a first-time visitor. For those in the retail industry, it is sheer merchandising at its best. I fell into impulse buying on my visit as I am sure the layout has been designed for. I doesn't matter what one may be looking for, if anything at all, but most will find it difficult to leave empty-handed.”
“Always something at Gabes that you've got to take home. Clothing or house hold goods there's so much to choose from. Covers children, teens, women and juniors and men. Some wonderful shoe brands. Many name brands so look close. It's a little like a TJ Maxx but more to pick through. The prices are always low.”
“Kristen was great! She was super knowledgeable and patient. I went to La-Z-Boy to replace my recliner. Kristen had answers to all of my questions and ensured that I made the choice that was best for me. She expedited the purchase and anticipated my questions throughout the ordering process. She’s a very
personable and professional lady and I really enjoyed working with her.”
