Tiffany's salon is a beautiful establishment. The atmosphere and vibe is cool. The shop is conveniently located with adequate parking. The staff is friendly and professional. The skillset of my stylist is awesome. My only complaint (and it's a BIG ONE for me) is the wait time while on location. Even with appointments, and no matter what day of the week, I've had to sit and wait, and wait, and wait... If they could only do a better job with booking and scheduling, they would receive TOP billing from me. I live a busy lifestyle, and my time is very valuable. Therefore, I'm compelled to give Tiffany's a lower rating than what I would like to.

From the time I entered the salon until the time I walked out of the door, I was treated with kindness and respect. Tiffany did a fabulous job on my hair and sent me out looking amazing. The products she used were top brands like olaplex and you can tell in the way my hair flowed. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

To paraphrase T2, Simply the best!. I have been to more shops/salons than I can count and none combine such a high-quality of service, competitive pricing, and a thoroughly enjoyable environment like HCBT. Shimmi is an incredible braider but I could name almost everyone in the shop as contributing to a thoroughly enjoyable overall customer experience. It starts at the top with the owner, Tiffany, and permeates down through the entire staff. Always making sure you are comfortable by offering water or wine. If you are in the market, run, don’t walk, to HCBT. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

The new braider, Shimmi, did a wonderful job on my daughter's hair. My baby was so excited about her style and she didn't have any pain at all. We'll be back, and will definitely recommend her to others!

Recently got my hair done , I literally only had 10 braids at the top of my head and the box braids in the back of my head were big and they were not all the same size and length. Definitely not worth the $330 dollars granted it included the wash but it’s over priced for the style and length. I am honestly very disappointed and will never go there again.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Great Customer Service!! You have the option of having a glass of wine or water to drink. Tiffany slayed my pixie. They use great products and a week later, my hair still looks great. Thank you for the upscale and professional experience .
