Said cash only on sign in front, which is annoying. I paid $20 cash for some beverages and cashier complained that he is going to run out of change if people keep handing him $20s. What is the point of being "cash only" if you don't carry enough change for people?

So I go to this GetGo almost every day and most days the service is great and the food is good. That being said, there have still been too many times that the individual making food completely messes up the order, and by the time I realize I'm already home. Tonight was by far the worst experience I've had at this GetGo since going there. My wife and I ordered quesadillas. My wife ordered a cheese quesadilla with hot sauce and jalapeños. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with cheese. The girl starts making the order and then asks my wife, "Can they both be chicken?" Since my wife didn't want chicken, she asked if it could just be cheese. The girl behind the counter looked irritated, rolled her eyes, smacked the tongs on the counter, and asked her co-worker to get another quesadilla. After all that, against my better judgment, I didn't check the order. I got home, and along with my wife's cheese quesadilla with jalapeños and hot sauce, my chicken quesadilla has jalapeños and hot sauce. I can't eat hot food, so now it went directly in the trash, and I wasted my money. It didn't help that the one girl turned around to her co-worker and mentioned how much she hates making quesadillas after my wife said she didn't want chicken. Yeah, that's real professional in front of customers. The only reason I didn't give this review 1 star is because of the good experiences I have had in the past.

Not even 10pm, 7 minutes to even, with people still pumping gas….guy locked the doors and motioned closed at me. Why is that okay??

Fountain drink machine not working and was told getting new one so ain't fixing it. The cashiers can be rude and unfriendly. I go to the get go I used to where they are friendly and helpful and everything works.

Great staff. Always remember the regular customers. They deserve a medal and a raise! Always in point yet they still get a hard time for just doing their job! How is that? The place has been robbed within a years time. Stay safe!!!

The staff are generally polite and helpful (though anyone can have "a day" now and then). Convenience store is generally clean- not spotless, but not cruddy. Generally well stocked coolers and shelves- small store, so small selection.Garbage cans at pumps can often be full or close to full, and windshield cleaning stations are frequently without squeegees or cleaning liquid in the basin. The pumps are almost always super busy, and with generally only 2 employees on duty, it can be tough for them to deal with the store and the pumps when typical Monroevillians want your attention at both, NOW.My main gripe is the single HP parking space, usually taken up by someone not needing it, but using it to fill a kerosene tank (the pump is awkwardly close, right beside the space with little room to maneuver if you are in a wheelchair and need room to get in and out on the driver's side). Poor design for parking overall, HP or regular. The image shown for the location is out-of-date by several years, and does not accurately show the store or the parking- the HP spot is now directly next to the kerosene pumps.10/10/2022- minor edit to correct a typo)

I come to get go for coffee and fuel. Hopefully the fuel is not as dirty as their coffee station. Disgusting. Never coming to this one again. Two stars because the pump works great!

Always customer Service add get-go you can get gas coffee and eat then edible snacks to chew on as travel The pumps are always available in the free air.
