I really appreciate the professional approach.. they let me know exactly what was needed and may be needed moving forward. Nothing unnecessary pushed just to get paid so I’ll bring it back and get the suggestions done when it makes financial sense to do so especially with the reasonable pricing.

I had a schedule apt for my Jaguar at 8am and drop my vehicle off to them , I spoke to them 3 times regarding my car update . ( I was told all
Morning were getting to u)(I was told at 12noon the tech went to lunch ) (I was laughed at by the Technician when I asked how long his lunch is ) It’s now 2pm and my car hasn’t been look at or serviced .. (then the office guy says well we’re open till 5pm) b what’s the point of an appointment then.. this was a waste of time and my day , due to being a WOMAN I was put last when my car arrived at open with a appointment at 8am. Very pissed at the service . Won’t be returning & neither should women . Poor service never apologized for any inconvenience it may have caused me.

Overall had a great experience and will return when future work is needed. Staff is very knowledgeable and understand the specialized expertise needed for German cars. The provided a detailed report with pictures along work needed done now for inspection and what may be needed in the near future.

Colin and European AUTOWORX have been great to deal with. We had a transmission issue with a Mini and were referred to EAW.
They did the homework to find the best and most cost effective solution.

Worst car repair experience ever! They had my car for 6 full weeks. Then 6 weeks in, a full week after they said all work would be completed, they now tell me essentially what I told them 6 weeks ago about 2 of the issues (tag lights not illuminating and I already tried replacing the bulbs so it may be electrical and trunk won’t open with the remote, maybe it’s the actuator, maybe it’s electrical too). They charged me to replace the tag light bulbs, which didn’t address the issue and they also charged me to replace the trunk actuator, but the trunk still won’t open with the remote. Now they say I need some new module since there’s an electrical issue. So riddle me this? Why wouldn’t they diagnose any potential electrical issue first! How did they know the actuator was bad? They didn’t! This place is a total clown show. Do yourself a favor and take your car to a place that’s more competent, honest, and transparent! So after 6 weeks, the tag lights still don’t work and the trunk still doesn’t open, although they charged me for repairs for both. They did repair the timing chain and upper control arms, but hopefully my tires won’t fall off and my engine won’t blow up! 🙄🤡
