Mark the finance manager was amazing!!! He helped me do a trade in for my unreliable car and get a great deal on a new one!! The whole process was super fast & efficient. I took his business card to refer friends & family!

My daughter went in to get a car. Had no credit at all. They did everything they could. Called her and texted her for a week. Got down payment as low as they could. Her car blew up that she had, so they bought that off her and got her into a car that she could afford. She is all smiles now. They do their best to make their customers happy. Thank you so much.

7/13/24 ORIGINAL REVIEW (1 star): Total sham. If I could give 0 stars, I would. On 6/24/24, I paid $1,518 to have a mustang shipped in from Nebraska. Based off the pictures and my discussions with the salesman both in Monroeville and Nebraska, the car should have been in at least good condition. I Was told “we take care of everything before they are listed”. Was told 5-10 days to get the car. Waited 20+ days for the car, on 7/12/24, I went to pick it up and the body of the car looked horrible……scratches everywhere, large areas of spiderwebbed paint in two places on the rear bumper, the mirror sideswiped something, and numerous large chips of paint (some of which had touch up paint slopped up on them which looked worse). In addition, neither of the rear windows closed the whole way. The paint and body problems were bad enough that they would have been visible on the online photos when I paid to have it shipped, but they weren’t. Leads me to believe the photos were definitely photoshopped. It looked pristine in the photos. When I declined to take the car, I requested at least a partial refund of the shipping cost due to the length of time it took and the condition it arrived in. Only answer I got from the manager was, “it’s non-refundable. Well, it is a used car”. Total untrustworthy business. Do not pay to have a car shipped in.
7/19/24 UPDATE (changed to 3 stars): After filing the above review, I was asked to reach out via email. I did so. On 7/18/24, the Monroeville Sales Manager Luke reached out to me by phone. He acknowledged that the photos were not an "actual representation" of the vehicle they received from Nebraska. He offered to refund the entire $1,518 shipping fee which was completed the next morning. I appreciate the willingness of their management to correct the problem. Luke is a stand-up guy.

Our experience with Enterprise Car Rentals in Monroeville, PA, was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that their primary focus was on their own profit margins, rather than the best interests of their customers.
Upon arrival, we were bombarded with what they claimed to be "great news" and "great numbers," designed to overwhelm and distract us from the reality of their business practices. However, it quickly became apparent that these so-called "great numbers" were nothing more than a facade to mask their lack of genuine concern for customer satisfaction.
Our first mistake was purchasing a vehicle from them in 2022, naively believing that they had our best interests at heart. However, we soon realized that we had been misled and poorly informed about the tactics commonly employed by car dealerships like Enterprise. When our vehicle inevitably encountered issues and died after a mere two years, their true colors were revealed.
Instead of offering genuine assistance or solutions, they attempted to manipulate and pressure us into pouring an exorbitant amount of money into another one of their vehicles. Their blatant disregard for our concerns and needs was appalling, as they seemed solely focused on lining their own pockets at our expense.
It became abundantly clear that they were not actively listening to our desires or requirements, but rather pushing their own agenda in pursuit of profit. Their lack of transparency and honesty only served to further erode any trust we may have had in their brand.
In stark contrast, our experience at a different dealership later that same week was refreshingly straightforward and hassle-free. We were able to find a reliable vehicle that met all of our needs without any undue pressure or deception.
In conclusion, we cannot in good conscience recommend Enterprise Car Rentals in Monroeville, PA, to anyone seeking a reliable vehicle that won't drain their bank account. Their deceptive practices and lack of integrity make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice for car buyers. Look elsewhere for a dealership that values honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

My wife and I were treated with respect. The salesman and assistant manager were professional. They made it easy to purchase a reasonably priced automobile. Then the head manager called a day after the sale to follow up on our satisfaction. I HIGHLY recommend Enterprise for car sales as well as car rental !

Sylvia was wonderful! I can't say that enough, I started my purchase online and she kept me informed every step of the way. I came in to finalize the paperwork bring in my trade and drive off with my new car in less than 2 hours! Excellent customer service from everyone at this location!
