The Cochran group is Great! They are professional, kind and thorough in helping you understand your purchase. I had been to a few other dealerships in Pittsburgh and they by far blew everyone out of the water. I recommend Cochran Ford and any other associated dealerships. I love my new truck, its soo rad.

Austin was able to squeeze me in after my car broke down and fixed the small issue my car was having after being quoted 1000$ from a different shop. I appreciated it so much and I was able to get back to work quickly and efficiently!

Talked with Cody A. He was helpful, polite, listened and confirmed that he understood the problem I was having. Stayed in touch and kept me updated. Explained what they'd determined the problem to be by phone and upon the return of my vehicle.

They replaced my engine with a brand new one. I was a little nervous about it at first but Austin and every mechanic involved really took care of me. My ford edge drives great! It feels like a brand new car. My new motor also has a 3 year warranty on it which gives me a feeling of relief. I’m so glad I chose this dealer to do business with.

I needed to get my new truck inspected. I just bought a 2023 a few months ago and the inspection was due. I tried to call 4 times but got hung upon twice and left waiting and couldn’t wait anymore. Decided to go to the dealership to schedule. They said their phone system has problems. I was given an appointment on the day I needed but never received a confirmation. Luckily they fit me in, I dropped off the truck and they did the inspection for free. Also delivered my truck to my work.
