Let's just put it this way: I don't worry about what's going on with our vehicles when I drop them off. I've been through enough shady and incompetent mechanics to appreciate when I've found a place that's fair and reliable, so I'll stick with these guys.
Diagnoses make sense; no odd problems cropping up from out of nowhere. Prices are reasonable and in line with the better operators in the industry and my vehicles are done on time without excuses; if not, I get a reasonable explanation as to why.
I believe they are competent and deal above board. I have no complaints.

I had them repair my motorcycle, and the experience, for the most part, was positive. Dale was really nice, and he communicated with me in a timely manner. My only complaint is that I also had an inspection done and it was only good for 2 months. They said to bring it back, and they would put another sticker on it. I really didn't understand the explanation given to me since there is only a 6 month riding period in Pennsylvania.

My first service with Dale Shirley for my motorcycle. They were very easy to deal with and completed work in short time while I waited. This was first time servicing my bike and plan on continuing his business.

We had our Harley-Davidson inspected tires mounted and balanced and oil changed. They were honest reasonably priced and finished ahead of schedule also followed up the next day we were very happy with their service
