Went in with mom for her phone screen being cracked , I thought we were going to need a replacement but these people have completely repaired the obliterated screen which glass damn near went inside the phone , I couldn’t imagine a better repair great job to the woman who works there usually on weekdays .

I had previously given them four stars. But, due to poor customer service, the following day, I'm editing my review. I messaged the owner concerning my SIM card not being put back in my phone (because my phone gave me an error message saying that the SIM CARD wasn't in my phone and that i had to choosea new location to store a number). I never received a reply back. I had to then drive 45 minutes to the store to ask why my SIM card was not put back in. They couldn't find my SIM card and asked as if it wasn't my problem and not there's. This was a Mother's Day gift from my daughter, so I had to interrupt her day to have her come to the service provider to get a new card.

The CPR Repair in Monroeville is the best! They fixed the screen protector on my phone and when they stop doing screen protectors on Apple watches, they told me to buy the protector and they would put it on. While I picked up the protector and brought it to them, and they were so nice and put it on as a courtesy. If you ever need work done, go to them, they’re great!
