My wife was scammed when promised $200 for opening checkinf account. After multiple complaints and their promises to give us a call and solve the issue, it never happened. Both of us will soon be closing our accounts in this bank (Monroeville branch).

The staff who greeted me were warmly courteous, very knowledgeable, helpful and highly professional. I was genuinely impressed by the overall pleasant experience, this having been my first visit at the branch. I live in an area without Chase branch offices, so driving two hours one way was all the traffic unpleasantness I needed. It was refreshing to be walked through my bungling attempts at their ATMs, handled by a consummate financial professional, whose name was, I believe, Jacqueline. I should have been more acutely aware, but I was just somewhat overwhelmed by her kindness. Thank you.

Teller did not know anything about how their own machines worked, could not explain why or how my cards (which I had at home) in my mobile wallet were being listed as "deactivated" on their own ATMs. The ATMs at this bank claimed I had activated "new cards" meanwhile I knew my ACTUAL cards were at home I was just trying to use my cell phone mobile wallet to make a deposit (normal procedure). Knew nothing about how to remedy process or why the atm was insisting I had activated new cards (that clearly don't exist) and refused to help me. Useless. Being paid to be obstinate and unhelpful

I just started my business and had troubles after applying this branch to increase the limit of my credit card to the manager Jacob Y.My credit line was not increased, but I was assured to take a new credit card for the company, which was approved as the manager told me.10 days later, the credit card never came to me and what was my surprise when the same manager called me and said that I was not approved of anything.The result of my appeal is that my credit score very low due to the unprofessionalism of the staff of this bank and I never received the loan promised by the bank.I will not leave it so and will contact the credit bureau to clarify the circumstances of this fraud by the bank. My advice to you, choose another bank
