An epic experience here, came in looking for timbs and techs and the manager there, James was phenomenal and genuinely nice. They really know their stuff here!!

I visited the mall 1/20 & walked into Champs hoping to find a new pair of tennis shoes that were at a reasonable price. I did find a pair & the employee Anton was a delight to chat with. Very friendly, enthusiastic & helpful! Lovely to see someone who is positive, smiling & providing great customer service! Thank you Anton & keep up the excellent work! :)

The employees there act like you're bothering them when you ask for help. My bad, I thought that's why they were there. Apparently it's to stand in groups and talk about people at full volume.

Worker's made me feel like I was an inconvenience there and told me they didn't have my size in every shoe I asked about. Came to find they lied to me from the worker at the Robinson location and did have my size in several of the shoes I wanted. They'd rather b.s. and stand around then work.

Went to Champs in the mall the other night & did not care for the workers. They would rather dance, sing, and talk to each other than provide customer service. One lady was extremely rude to me, didn't even offer to help very much. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her time.I have very high standards and your store could have make several hundred dollars from me last night! Needless to say I bought nothing & will never return. Get it together! If I could give zero stars I would.When I had these types of jobs I always went above & beyond to be nice and provide GREAT customer service and I always expect the same!This mall is incredibly lacking in that regard.
