Let’s get a new manager in here. Not a fun experience with Sandi. Where are the smiles, the cordial behavior. I can buy services and products online, the only reason I come to a store is to have that exceptional experience or learn something I wouldn’t online. It’s a terrible feeling as a customer when the servicing rep, in this case the manager has a frown.

I keep trying to and I keep getting a customer service line when I need to speak to someone they have no way to transfer me to anyone and tell me to physically go up to the store to ask my question this is the worst service I have ever experienced

Had to exchange a monitor. The staff were extremely helpful towards me. They made sure even though I was making an exchange that I had a great experience. Even on a holiday I had a tremendous experience.

I always walk in the door, get exactly what I want and have never had to deal with any aggressive sales tactics. Exactly why I go out of my way to go here instead of other stores.

I stopped in and Brandon, who works in the warehouse, assisted me. He was quite simply amazing! He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. I was happy that he spent the time with me that I needed and wasn’t rushing off to something else. High praise.??

Manger was very rude bought a TV took it home and opened it up and got this . Called the store number and they said they would exchange it for a new one well went up there to exchange it they gave me a very hard time and was very rude towards me . Ended up having to get another TV well bought it home and it is also broke .

Best Buy has been a place for me to go whenever I have needed to purchase a laptop, television, chest freezer, printer and most recently, a charging USB cord for my cell phone. The protection plans offered help in many ways when needed.

Our TV went on the blink. We decided to purchase a new one from Best Buy. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by the staff. The manager offered to send a specialist our way to assist. The specialist was very helpful with providing options for a warranty for our new Tv. We were very pleased with our experience.

Convenient location, the service was efficient and helpful. But I wish I didn't have to come into the store to pick up a product.
