I am extremely disappointed by my recent experience at At Home in Monroeville, PA. My mom and I drove an hour 1/2 there and back to find a rug for my dining room. When we got home and unpackaged the rug, we found yellow stains all over the end of the rug, so much that it had seeped through causing yellow stains on the back side as well.
The store manager, Wendy was asked to assist with our issue. When she showed up, she was very rude and unconcerned with our issue and time spent driving to and from their store- twice. She brushed us off and said there was no way that would be the case and immediately walked away. There was no compensation for the inconvenience. I cannot believe someone like her is in the position she is.
I would give this store 0 stars if I could.

It was a bit overwhelming to experience. Aisles are wide and easy to navigate, but the store floor is enormous. The display barges are fully stacked with most things one may imagine. Personally, it is difficult for my brain to process aisle after aisle of so many items as it likens to a real life 'where's waldo' world, However, everything is very nice. Definitely set some time aside to browse if you are a first-time visitor. For those in the retail industry, it is sheer merchandising at its best. I fell into impulse buying on my visit as I am sure the layout has been designed for. I doesn't matter what one may be looking for, if anything at all, but most will find it difficult to leave empty-handed.

This place definitely has an amazing variety of anything you could want for your home (decor, pictures, indoor and outdoor furniture, holiday decorations, rugs, organizational items). And the prices are decent!
I will definitely be back.

I liked this store at one time until I went to buy a chair that was marked 50% off and he wanted to charge me still $139 for it? Quit false advertising! Owners please get involved with your investment because your managers are dumb a****.

I came here looking for 6 different items. They had none but pans. However the entirety of the cooking section is nonstick trash. They don't even have clothes pins in a home store. There are no employees anywhere to question. They do, however, have aisles upon aisles of cheap Chinese-made trash for shoppers lacking in taste.

Oh, boy, the AtHome store, where do I begin? This place is awesome! Have I made a single purchase? No. But I do I like being there? YES. I pitched the idea of going there on a whim while hanging out with some buddies; best choice ever. The AtHome store always provides a place of comfort and a place of security for me and the fellas to hang out. On a real note though, the products are all super high quality, especially the furniture. I could sit in those couches for years. Another side note, the restrooms are very nice; I wasn't expecting a homey restroom but I was shocked when I entered (see image). Overall, a good store, might make some purchases whenever I make some cash, thank you, AtHome.

I just want to acknowledge an employee. On 12/20/23 I checking out and the employee that took my things was just the most friendly person and just made me feel good, especially with trying to get my Christmas shopping done. She made sure I found everything I needed. Its so hard to put into words, just how she made me feel welcome in the store and I know my husband, and family will definitely be going back to shop here. Her name is Debbie. She really is a credit to your store and deserves some recognition.

Update: This place is still awesome and the selection is great. Was surprised to see Christmas stuff in August but they still had an entire area for fall and Halloween.This place is mind blowing if you love to decorate your home. Not only that they have a lot of furniture as well. Be ready to spend at least an hour inside as they have that much to see
