This is my second car purchase from A&L and I couldn’t be more pleased. My experiences both times have been professional, relaxed, and very helpful. Walter and Ross were both fantastic to work with and I couldn’t have asked for more knowledgeable people to help guide us as I went from my “fun” 430i to my more “family friendly” X3! Great experience. Very easy purchasing process. Walter was great. Ross took the time to configure everything in the car. When I drove off the lot everything was setup exactly as I wanted. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car!

Service was horrible. Said the car needed $3000+ in repairs, some of which were needed to pass PA inspection. It wasn't until the customer service was so horrible (not calling me back, unclear answers and my service tech taking the day off so my car just sat there) that it prompted me to take the car elsewhere. I ended up paying $95 for the inspection from a reputable service department! The car was and has been fine and didn't need any of the repairs A&L BMW Service indicated it needed. Go elsewhere if you want to save thousands of dollars and receive better customer service. I am glad I eventually did.

My 2020 Jaguar F-pace indicated it needed regular maintenance at around 76,000 miles. I had most recently had the full service at A&L at around 62,000 miles, for around $700. I called to schedule and asked what the extent and cost of the recommended service might be. They did not know that my vehicle had just been serviced there, and after checking the services they provided at the 60k mile service, they said it would be a normal service, at a price of about $300. I went ahead and scheduled, and brought it in.I received a call from Rob, the service tech, later in the morning. He said first that I needed new windshield wiper blades. This seemed odd, as I had just replaced them 2 weeks ago. This made me a little suspicious. Then he told me that they would need to complete another full service for $700. I told them not to do anything, I would pick it up and take it elsewhere.This interaction seems to me to be deceptive at the least. I will never do business with this dealership again. I was planning to order a brand new BMW M-3 from them in the near future, but after this debacle and complete waste of my time, I will be looking for my new car at a more reputable dealership.

I had a great experience thanks to Brandon and Andy. I have purchased many vehicles for my company over the years and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Two months ago when I ordered the vehicle Brandon took the time to go over and explain every option that I was looking at. Today when I picked it up he made the paperwork and signing exceptionally easy.Andy’s knowledge of the vehicles system impressed me. I usually don’t have anyone go over the vehicle system but I took advantage of Andy’s knowledge and let him explain everything to me.Thank you both for a great experienceRyan S

Picked up my 6th BMW today and the experience was as meaningful as my first visit to A&L Motors. Brandon and Ross were phenomenal in their attention to detail, including walking my wife and I through the new tech features thus making it another memorable experience. We never feel like “customers”. The family environment extends to folks like Nate and John who always make it a point to touch base and catch up. Highest recommendation!

REVIEW SERVICE DEPARTMENTI'm a new BMW owner and thus I'm not super familiar with how everything works with my car yet. Although, I decided to have my car's oil change for the 1st time at A&L and the staff were "somewhat" friendly. Although I will say there was one particular individual that stood out to me (Lincoln Davis, Concierge). Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, Lincoln was the perfect example of customer service. He offered me water, etc with a smile. He seemed genuinely interested in my comfort and level of care. Although, my assigned service advisor/agent seemed to be annoyed with my many questions and concerns. Overall, he just didn't seem like he cared but to give me the bill and show me where to pay -- absolutely no smile whatsoever!! Maybe that's how he is but if you're in the car business , you've got to be a people person and express a lot of attentiveness, right?! For me, that's what keeps me coming back. I'm willing to pay the extra $$ if I know I'm NOT going to be taken advantage of and I genuinely feel appreciated. Not just blow me off- because you're having a bad day and/or you're juggling more than you can handle!! Believe me, I had a few more questions to ask but I didn't bother with him or even know who else to ask. Maybe it's too soon to decide if I want to return so that's why I gave 2 stars. However, I'm more than willing to change my review depending on my next service visit.REVIEW PARTS & ACCESSORIES DEPARTMENTNow, I will mention the parts department was very helpful and kind.REVIEW CUSTOMER WAITING AREAAnd the customer waiting area was AMAZING!! I mean they had a lot of great refreshments available.REVIEW ONLINE SCHEDULING SYSTEMMy next review is about how the online scheduling service is handled. Yeah, you can make an appointment online with your requested date and time from their calendar. However it's not a guarantee, someone is suppose to call you back to confirm the details but no one called me!! Had I not stopped in for a quick question I would have wasted my time because the system showed nothing on file for a scheduled appointment. Having an online scheduling service kind of defeats the purpose if you're not going to call the customer back to confirm the details, etc. Just take it off your website if you're not gonna use it.Well that's my two cents! Thanks for the opportunity to submit my review.
