I took my Land Rover to A&L for service due to the check engine light being on. I was told it was a bad temp sensor and it would cost $3500. They stated that they “can’t foresee any other issues”other than the sensor and I was told the car would be given back to me with no warning lights on. After the work was done while driving the car home my “coolant level low” light came on. I was told that must be a different sensor and it would be a separate bill to fix. 1 day later my check engine light came back on. Now I have to take my car back to A&L to pay another $200 for another diagnostic test to see if it’s the same issue or a different issue. If it’s a different/ bigger issue it is again my responsibility to pay. For a certified Land Rover dealership the service provided is in my option low quality. For a warning light to come on immediately after leaving the dealership and then the check engine light to come on 1 day after is unacceptable. Their option is the issue was the sensor and it has been corrected. This is bad business practice and I would recommend not using A&L for service in your vehicles.

I just bought my third CPO BMW from Brandon Repovz. Brandon is a great, low-pressure salesman who gets you the information you need and works hard to get a deal done. Ross is very helpful in getting you familiar with the new car, helping to connect your phone, and generally answering all the questions I had. This was another great car buying experience in 2024!

We had a wonderful experience at A&L motor sales. Ross McCamey the bmw system specialist wowed us with the hand signal controls for the X5!
