I ask for my car not to be washed every time I go there and every time they wash it with that grimy car wash. They laugh at me on the way out when they can't follow directions. Last job done going there. That's a shame when I bought my car there and they treat customers that manner. Lost a customer for life.

Well, the car was at this location for almost a month, and after multiple parts changes, and $1733.00, the car is still not fixed. The last recommendation quoted to resolve the issue with my vehicle was, to replace the main wiring harness to eliminate a possible short in said harness. The problem with the car is this, all of the dashboard lights are on, and the key will not come out of the ignition. I ultimately had to purchase another vehicle in order to return to my present occupation as a rideshare driver. Over the period the vehicle was at this location, I lost close to $5000.00 in potential income, and this vehicle can no longer be used for work.

We purchased our third Subaru, a 2024 Crosstrek Limited, at #1 Cochran in August of 2023. The sales process was very pleasant and tension-free and I was offered and used a complimentary maintenance service about 6 months later. Last week, I took the car for a second servicing there including State Inspection and Emission tests. My experiences there both times were excellent. The car is running well and the service people were cordial and caring. I would rate #1 Cochran as perhaps the best car dealership I have interacted with and would give their personnel a rating of 10/10. Thanks.
