My car needed an oil change, 4 recalls, 2 tire replacements, a wheel alignment, and a state inspection and the AMAZING crew at #1 Cochran Hyundai Service Department were able to complete the entire process in a couple days!They even let me keep my car on the lot an extra night without some sketchy extra fee because I was too busy to pick it up the day they completed the work! Terrific team & service!My Service Department advisor, TJ, not only provided a thorough explanation on the entire process & workload of my vehicle, but took extra time to answer all the questions I had in such a genuine manner that made it easy for me to understand & follow along!His professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction has convinced me to get all my future car needs handled by the professionals employed at the #1 Cochran Hyundai Service Department!Thanks again for all your hard work fellas, I’ll be sure to see you next year for my State Inspection!

Scheduled appointment for 10:30. Called to check on the appointment asked if I could come in earlier and yes I was there. Very well handled today went for my routine oil change and walked out happy. Ryan in Services helped me a lot today. #1 Cochran service dept is Awesome

You guys are always usually great and you were still great as Service is concerned and friendliness however, I kept asking did you fill my tires when you did the inspection? I asked because the light turned on when I was on my way there and they told me yes three times. I even stopped at the garage on the way out and ask them to check it and they got the service guy over who said it was done and I could run him over inside if it wasn’t. All four were low. I filled them on the way home. Makes me wonder what else wasn’t done. Then I asked about it being washed and he said yes. When I knew it was not as I noticed filling the tires I called about it and dale said the car wash is broke and that he would give the tech an ear full. So this time you guys get a three and not a five because I let the past couple times slide. I’ve been coming since 1995 and always had great service but it seems once my warranty was up the service on the car itself started to slack. It’s not the first st time I’ve had issues in the past few years but in the past few years it’s the first times I’ve had a problem every time. I’m actually owed two car washes already and now it’s three since you say free car wash with service.Oh and while I’m at it please give better indications of where to go when bringing the car for service as the construction is going on.

Mike is awesome! He sat down and explained everything and kept me up to date and made sure my request to have my car appraised was completed. I loved having direct contact with my technician through text messaging and videos. He sent me videos of my car showing me what he found in need of repair. I felt a sense of trust seeing it! Jay Khan is awesome too! Jay I'm coming back for that caddy lol!!

My wife and I recently took our Hyundai Accent to Cochran Hyundai to address a security recall. Upon arrival, Michael, theservice representative informed me that there was an additional rustproofing matter that should be addressed.When my wife and I indicated our concern that a lengthy inspection and rustproofing application might interfere with our other appointments that day, Michael checked the queue and assured us that our car would serviced immediately, would be returned in time to meet our other obligations and that there was no need to reschedule.True to their word, Michael and Cochran serviced the vehicle expeditiously and thoroughly. We were kept informed of the progress of the service and of what the corrossion inspection had disclosed (Fortunately, nothing of concern). Our car was returned to us in plenty of time to meet our later commitments.We were very pleased with Cochran and Michael. Everyone involved was courteous, professional and accommodating. We are happy to recommend the Cochran Service team heartily and without reservation.

Great experience beginning to end. Could not find a space to park my car for service. A wonderful person Mr. Price directed me to a great space and even asked If I needed him to park my car for me because your lot was really crowded. My wait inside was less than 10 minutes. The gentleman at the service desk were very friendly and helpful. The time I was given that my car would be ready was spot on. Pick up was great and very easy. And again the gentleman at the service desk moved my car for easy exit.

Called to get information about a vehicle diagnosis. After getting the run around from a service advisor who couldn't or wouldn't answer my questions, I was transferred to the service manager, Ed, who proceeded to talk very nasty to me and tell me that he didn't have to tell me anything. Tried calling the next day to talk to someone higher up but keep getting a voicemail and can't get a call back.

Richard from Sales and Eric from Finance were great to work with and made the experience as easy as possible. Richard was super responsive to my questions after making an inquiry earlier that day and made sure everything about my new car was picture perfect. Very thoughtful, thorough, and proactive. Eric made the paperwork a breeze and tailored the conversation on offerings to what he thought I would need and made it more of a discussion than a sales pitch. Overall felt really well taken care of and it’s always nice to interact with people are enthusiastic about what they do. Also kudos to the whole team for their inventory online actually being accurate.

I had a pleasant and stress free purchase experience here at #1 Cochran Hyundai Monroeville. Both Don from sales and Eugene from finance were knowledgeable, transparent, courteous, quick, and to the point. Having my toddler with me, they were understanding of the situation and got us out the door in a timely manner while addressing the tasks at hand clearly and in detail. Overall, the dealership was clean and well put together despite the renovations and the staff was both friendly and personable. I would highly recommend for your next Hyundai purchase.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. The knowledgeable friendly and helpful members of this staff made the buying experience great. Jesse Ruggiero, was over the top helpful in selecting the perfect car for me and my family. Her knowledge was impressive when it came to helping me dial in what I was looking for. #1 Cochran made my first car buying experience as seamless and frustration-free as possible. Richard gave me top-notch customer service and went into detail about various models of Hyundai’s I was interested in. At no point during the sales experience did I feel overly pressured to make a decision and once I decided, the finance manager made my outside financing as easy as possible. I recently got my Sante Fe serviced there and I am glad that there is a place you can go where you don’t have to worry about surprise charges. Dan walked me through what was done to my car and also what needed fix (loose tailgate spoiler screw). After my experience I will fulfill all my car-buying needs though the Cochran family. ?

Richard Perez out of Cochran Monroeville is an absolutely amazing person! He's super personable, transparent & extremely knowledgeable. He helped me for about a week straight from me not wanting one car on his campus to helping me locate another vehicle at another location in Irwin. As the Irwin location would only allow us to complete the sale in their store, Richard even went above and beyond to facilitate the entire process at the Irwin dealership (he carpooled my brother & I & all!) to prevent me from having to complete new forms/applications in Irwin since I had already done so at the Monroeville location.
