Once I’m actually in there for an appointment, I don't have any issues. In person they are attentive, the mechanics fix everything well. No issues. However, trying to set up an appointment or having anyone following up with you is atrocious. No one answers, calls back. You have to physically drive into the place to make an appointment. Which is ridiculous. I’ve waited weeks for anyone to call, and when I call, the larger call center says they will call, but they don’t. If I didn’t have to take my car to a Hyundai dealership to have this particular work done, I would go somewhere else solely on the service aspect. I shouldn’t have to work this hard to make an appointment or get an answer on something.
